Welcome… The Taylor Family acquired

the Park House Hotel, one of

Blackpool’s premier Hotels,

some years ago. They have

invested, improved and built the

Park House into the fi ne 3 star

hospitality experience it is today.

The Hotel has an excellent position on Blackpool’s prestigious North Promenade and is within walking distance to the town centre and all major attractions.

All of our 103 en-suite bedrooms are comfortable and well maintained, each with colour televisions, radio and tea/coff ee making facilities. Two passenger lifts servicing all fl oors and ample car parking with three large car parks surrounding the Hotel. Entertainment each evening in either our Bar lounge or our stylishly decorated Chatsworth Ballroom caters for all tastes. All our food is freshly prepared by our Kitchen team led by our Head Chef. All of this can be complemented by a creative wine list and 3 well stocked bars.

Terms and Conditions: Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance against cancellation. An Insurance form will be enclosed with your booking confi rmation. Guest First Services has been selected by the Hotel to off er guests peace of mind when booking their holiday customers must deal direct with the Insurance Company.

We cannot reserve specifi c room numbers but will do our utmost to comply with your request for position, fl oor facilities etc. Rooms are available from 2.00pm and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. The Hotel will store luggage although no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to stored luggage will be accepted.

No reduction is made for temporary absence, meals not taken, premature departure for any reason nor for accommodation not required after confi rmation of booking. In the event of cancellation for whatever reason the deposit paid is non-refundable. Subject to the accommodation being re-let no further charges will be made. In the event of the accommodation not being re-let then a charge of 2/3rds of the total account is payable within 10 days.

The management reserve the right to alter the programme without notice. The Hotel reserves the right to charge any individual causing wilful damage to Hotel property. Unfortunately pets (except guide dogs) cannot be accommodated.

Car Park spaces cannot be reserved. Vehicles are left at owners/customers risk. The Hotel does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

It is considered unreasonable to make any criticism in writing upon your return home, should the Hotel not fi rst have been given the opportunity to attend to matters arising during your stay.

The management reserves the right to alter or amend the tariff and/or entertainment programme without prior notice.

From the M6, take junction 32 onto the M55. At the end of the motorway carry straight on towards

Yeadon Way. At the roundabout turn left onto the A5230 (sign-posted for Blackpool Airport). This

will take you straight to the A584 South Promenade. Turn right onto the Promenade and head

North. You will pass the Pleasure Beach and the Tower.

The Park House Hotel is approximately 1 mile further on the right hand side.
