PART 2: HOW TO MAKE THE LEAVES OF THE ROSE

1. Fold a new green paper in half vertically. Crease the fold. Then, unfold the paper

2. Take the left side of the paper, bring it to the center and crease the fold

paper, bring it to the center and crease the fold made

4. Unfold the paper and rotate the paper 45°.

5. Repeat steps 1-4 once

6. Bring the right corner of the paper all the way up to

the left crease and press down. Crease the fold.

7. Rotate the paper 45° and unfold the paper

8. Repeat steps 35-38 thrice

9. Bring the left corner of the paper to the vertical crease on the right

10. Press the horizontal crease at the top

11. Hold the crease down and push the flap on the side down

immediately.

12. Bring the bottom right corner to the big crease on the

right

13. Fold the small triangle up formed horizontally

14. Rotate the paper 90° and open the flap

15. Bring the left corner of the paper to the vertical crease on the right

16. Press the horizontal crease at the top the small triangle down

17. Hold the crease down and push the flap on the side down immediately

18. Press down on the whole paper, then flip the paper over

19. Fold the tiny triangle sticking out on the right over the bigger triangle on the right

20. Bring the bigger triangle on the right to the crease on the left and press

21. Bring the medium triangle on the left to the point the center and press

PART 3: ASSEMBLING THE PIECES TOGETHERStep 1: Put the one of the triangle flaps of the first red piece into the triangle shaped pocket of second red piece. The first red piece’s pockets

should be facing up or down.

Step 2: Put one of the triangle flaps of the third red piece into the flap of the first red piece

whose pocket is facing up.

22. Repeat steps 1-21 two times

Step 3: Also, put the flap of the second red piece into the pocket of the third red piece.

Step 4: Rotate the figure clockwise

Step 5: Put the larger triangle flap of the second green piece into one of the triangle shaped pockets of the

second green piece. The second green piece’s pockets should be facing up or down.

Step 6: Put the larger triangle flap of the third green piece into the flap of the second green piece whose pocket is facing up.

Step 7: Also, put the larger flap of the first green piece into the pocket of the third green piece.

Step 8: Put the flaps that are above the pockets into the pocket they are above
