A special meeting of the Board of Education of the Lennox School District No. 41-4 was held on Tues-day, August 4, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the Lennox Elementary Library in Lennox.

The following members were present: Heidi Bowers, Renae Bueh-ner, Melissa Daugherty, Merris Miller, Alan Rops, Scott Sandal, and Clayton Wulf (entered meeting at 6:00 p.m.).

Also present were: Dr. Chad Conaway, Superintendent; Angela Arlt, Business Manager (through teleconference); Chad Allison, LWC Junior High/Lennox High School Prin-cipal; Darin Eich, LWC Intermediate/Lennox Elementary Principal (entered meeting at 6:15 p.m.); Kimberly Poppenga-Smith, Worthing Elemen-tary Principal/Director of Instruction, Curriculum, and Assessment; Laura Welch, Director of Student Services (entered meeting at 7:30 p.m.); Dan DeVries, LWC Junior High/Lennox High School Dean of Students and Activities Director; and Renee John-son, School Nurse.

President Rops called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m.
