Kiran Babu

Kiran Babu grew up in India and relocated to US in 2011, he has a Bachelor's degree in Computer science and Post graduate certification in Research and Analysis from MICA (India). He is also pursuing Advanced Project Management certification from Stanford.

Mr. Babu has an extensive knowledge in E-Commerce and Financial industries with 10 years of experience and his core skills are Product, Operations and People Management. He worked in Dell Financial Services, starting as an Associate and moving up to become a Business Analyst. Mr. Babu moved to Google 6 years ago. He started working as an Associate and became a Product Specialist, product managing Google Checkout and Google Shopping. Currently he is working as a Commerce Operations Lead for Google Wallet, Google Offers and Google Play Payments. He leads a team of 8 Googlers (in US) and 150 vendors (in Philippines and Ann Arbor) with an annual operations budget of $5 million.

Mr. Babu is a voracious reader (especially non-fiction) and he love swimming.

Brad Basler

Brad has worked for a variety of leading Silicon Valley companies including Hewlett-Packard, Acuson, Polycom, Alexza Pharmaceuticals and Electronics For Imaging. His teams have developed many award-winning products, notably The Dolby Professional Reference Monitor (Emmy Award), The Polycom Showstation (Telecon Product of the Year), and the Acuson 128XP Ultrasonic Imaging System (IDSA Gold Award).

Brad holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from M.I.T., an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley, and a Certificate in 3D Animation and Visual Effects from Vancouver Film School. He has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Product Design, Imaging Display Systems, Thermal Management, High Performance Team Building, and International Manufacturing.

Brad’s group at Dolby is responsible for the development of worldwide 3D Cinema products, The PRM Monitor line, Dolby Atmos Cinema Audio packaging, and new products in the field of High Dynamic Range imaging. Brad seeks to develop products - and build companies - that push the boundaries of the possible, offer real value, and make people smile.

Hans Blickensdoerfer

Hans Blickensdoerfer has spent the past 20 years in the medical device business focused on surgical implants in eye surgery. Originally from Germany he worked for Chiron Vision in the UK, Bausch & Lomb, France and later with CIBA Vision in Switzerland in various positions in sales, marketing and management. In particular he focused on developing marketing strategies for European and global brands while the companies went through a consolidation process. Managing distributor networks across Europe was a key element in his regional responsibilities.

Since 2005, Hans has been working for STAAR Surgical establishing a business platform in Asia as well as expanding the businesses in Europe and Latin America. A key focus has been his work related to developing the market for refractive implants.

Mikolaj Budzanowski

Boryszew Impexmetal

Mikolaj Budzanowski joins us from Poland where he is currently the chief development officer for Boryszew Impexmetal, a diversified group of companies, active in chemicals and polymers, metals and metal components, and plastics recycling.

Mr. Budzanowski also has experience working for the Ministry of Poland, serving as its minister of treasury from 2009 - 2013. While there he was responsible for privatization and supervision of energy companies in Poland. Some of his achievements while serving as minister of treasury include supervising the construction of terminal LNG, gas-storages and 1000 km of transmission pipelines in Poland, a $2.6 billion project.

He also helped initiate the shale gas exploration in Poland and Polish investment alliance of fuel and energy companies regarding joint exploration of shale gas. This project envisages the commitment of more than $530 million over the next two years.

In his personal time, Mr. Budzanowski enjoys climbing, skiing and marathon running. He and his wife have two children.

Kevin Chang

Kevin Chang has worked in the Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Development Group of Cisco Systems for the past sixteen years. Kevin has managed and delivered many key complex ASIC projects which contribute to Cisco’s multi-billion dollar switching and routing platforms. His career path came through Senior Design Engineer, Technical Leader, Project Lead, Architect of SoC (System on Chip), Senior Manager, and Project and Program Manager of High Impact SoC. Kevin’s current responsibility is leading and managing a strategic SoC which will enable Cisco’s next generation Data Center Switch.

Giovanni Chiappano

Giovanni Chiappano grew up in Italy and has more than 25 years’ experience in the Semiconductor industry.

He has been working for European and USA Companies developing and selling analog and mixed signal ICs and ASICs solutions used in mobile phones, fixed and mobile telecommunication networks, automotive and industrial systems.

Mr. Chiappano started his professional carrier as Analog IC designer for Italtel ( Italian Telecommunication Company ). In this position he designed the Analog Signal processing ICs of the Italtel Analog mobile phones and an over voice modem IC. He then moved to Texas Instruments as South Europe ASIC Design Center Manager. Under his direction this design center generated more the 20 designs and, among them, the first ASIC with a TI core DSP for the consumer market.

In 1992 Mr. Chiappano joined STMicroelectronics as ASIC Design Center & Marketing Manager and in 2000 he got the responsibility for the XDSL and Analog Line Card Business Unit (full P&L responsibility). Main achievements in this position were the growth of the xDSL business with a top European Telecom account and the first Analog Line Card design in with a top Chinese Telecom Company.

Since November 2003 Mr. Chiappano is responsible for the ams EMEA Sales Organization. This team has been essential to setup strategic cooperation with key European Consumer, Automotive and Industrial accounts. Furthermore Mr. Chiappano implemented a Sales Channel Partner network in order to expand ams EMEA market share.

Eduardo has led Enterprise Software and Entertainment cross-platform apps and services from creation to launch during the last 12 years: first at Motorola Solutions focused on platforms and B2B, then at the Early Stage Accelerator (Innovation Incubator at Motorola) focused on B2C, then at Motorola Mobility leading the portfolio of apps & services across all segments, and now at GE Digital Services focused on data analytics & mobile B2E experiences.

Before joining GE, he was Director of Product Marketing & Ecosystems at Motorola Mobility where he drove B2C web and mobile (content & apps), successfully executing engagements with wireless carriers and ecosystem partners. He worked for Motorola Inc. for 15 years where he transitioned from technical to business roles, securing over $500M in revenues, including the creation of new software and product businesses using a venture capital investment model to drive internal start-ups.

Earned a MBA from Kellogg Northwestern University, majoring in Business & Strategy, and Marketing, achieved deans-list; and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from FEI in Brazil.

Dr. Emre Demiralp

Dr. Emre Demiralp grew up in Istanbul, Turkey and has training and industry experience in research, development and management spanning fields of computer engineering, engineering, psychology and neuroscience.

Dr. Demiralp's career path started with undergraduate training in computer science. During and after his undergraduate training, Dr. Demiralp worked for Wolfram Research conducting research and development in the fields of software quality assurance and internal system development. Subsequently, Dr. Demiralp joined University of Michigan where he received interdisciplinary doctoral training and published in the fields of computer computer science, psychology and neuroscience. Simultaneously, Dr. Demiralp managed large scale cross cultural research in Japan, Egypt, Turkey, Italy and USA. Concurrently, Dr. Demiralp served on committees investigating issues surrounding large scale data sharing and analysis at University of Michigan. He also lectured to more than 1000 students in the fields of neuroscience, statistics and brain imaging.

Currently, Dr. Demiralp is a patent-holding member of Adobe Research where he manages and develops pioneering new technologies that help define the future of the company in the rapidly evolving landscape of high-tech industry.

Elizaveta Grigoryeva

Elizaveta Grigoryeva is an entrepreneur from St. Petersburg, Russia with experience in online publishing and media sales and has a strong marketing background.

As a successful digital entrepreneur and executive, Elizaveta founded and managed a company operating several niche social network websites, which are among the top competitors.

Her current company, 'HappyKids', which she co-founded and manages as CEO, is a start-up currently running as a beta-version in Russia with the planned launch of the US and international versions in July 2013. 'HappyKids' aggregates mobile content and applications for children (interactive books, videos, games, and educational apps), provides a publishing platform for external producers and a single entry point for parents in search of high-quality content to entertain their children and help them learn something new about our world.

Elizaveta graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Mathematical Methods in Economics and has an MBA in Strategic Marketing from Stockholm School of Economics.

Michael Hansen

Michael grew up in South Africa and has worked in Africa, Middle East, United Kingdom and the USA across multiple industries over the last three decades.

After receiving an Accounting Degree from the University of Natal (Durban), in 1980, Michael was recruited by Arthur Andersen & Co. In 1985 he completed his compulsory military service as an Officer in the South African Army, with distinction. From 1986 to 1998 Michael held both senior financial and operational management positions with various South African companies in the software, automotive, electronics, and food & beverage industries as well as working in his family business. In 1999, Michael joined Smiths Group PLC, a global technology company listed on the London Stock Exchange. During his tenure at Smiths Group, Michael gained extensive international exposure, both living and working in 4 continents, the last 6 years were spent as Divisional Vice President of Finance for Smiths Interconnect, a $550 million global leader in technically differentiated electronic and radio frequency products for commercial, military & aerospace markets with operations around the globe. He was headhunted from Smiths to join RAE Systems Inc.; a PE backed Silicon Valley Gas Detection business and helped in the successful sale of the company to Honeywell, within 2 years of joining.

In addition to a Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting Degree from the University of Natal (Durban), South Africa, Michael also received a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School (Heriot Watt University) and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant

Bruce Hoefler is Vice President of Product Management for PCTEL’s RF Solutions Group. He has over 20 years of combined industry experience in the telecommunications and technology services industries. Over the past 10 plus years in the telecommunications Industry, Mr. Hoefler has lead key program management and business management functions in leading telecommunications organizations including PCTEL, Acterna (JDSU), Thales Communications and Hughes Network Systems.

Prior to entering the telecommunication industry Mr. Hoefler spent 13 years with IBM and Lockheed Martin in various engineering, management, and Program Management positions developing complex systems for both domestic and international customers. Mr. Hoefler holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland and a Master’s Degree in Business from George Washington University. Betty has more than 7 years of experience serving private and public company clients in the distribution, manufacturing, transportation, technology, and service industries. Her clients range from start-ups to multi-national companies with more than $2B in revenues. Betty is currently involved in a number of special projects (IRC 382 study, state incentive studies) and FAS 109 and FIN 48 technical assignments, working closely with clients on these projects and tax preparation engagements. Betty has authored/co-authored a few articles on tax technical topics which were published on The Tax Adviser. She is also active in campus recruiting as well as in the staff’s professional development.

Betty was recently nominated to join the board of Rebuilding Together in Long Beach, a local chapter of the nation’s leading non-profit organization working to preserve affordable homeownership and revitalize neighborhoods by providing critical home repair and modification services to those in need at no cost to homeowners. She will formally be joining the organization as a board member starting July 2013.

Prior to joining BDO, Betty was with a boutique full service CPA firm, and was a part of both the tax and assurance groups. She consistently worked with both groups to deliver tax and accounting services to various local clients.

Brenda Schubach Kiehnau

Brenda Kiehnau grew up in Massachusetts and brings 19 years of professional work experience to the SEI. Currently she is responsible for managing global brands and initiatives from inception to rollout in national retail channels. Her key objective is to provide exceptional innovation in campaign marketing, packaging design, display engineering, placement in retail and continued product fulfillment.

Her experience as Senior Director of NPD has her overseeing and managing the 3rd largest mobile company in the world’s point of sales and purchase negotiations. She also implements legal contracts, copyright materials and intellectual property while supplying cutting edge solutions in visual merchandising.

With a family and full time career Kiehnau finds the time to manage a non-profit organization and social enterprise to help the advancement of women globally.

Kiehnau earned a Bachelor’s degree in economics and math from Regis College in Weston, MA. She also holds a Leadership and Management professional certificate from Southern Methodist University. Her engineering and legal training come from both RPI and American University respectfully.

Dan Losada

Sr. Director – Defense Systems

Hughes

Dan brings more than 18 years of experience with every facet of satellite

communication technology, from developing hardware to designing and implementing

strategic satellite applications and systems. His knowledge of the complete satellite

technology lifecycle makes him a trusted source of information and advice for leaders in

the defense and intelligence communities.

In his current role as Sr. Director of Defense Systems, Defense and Intelligence Systems

Division (DISD) at Hughes he manages Defense programs for Hughes. Working with

C5ISR programs to support all branches of the military. Mr. Losada also serves as chair

for the Hughes Strategic Government/Military Working Group, Previously, Mr. Losada

has held positions in its Microwave and RF Systems Design organization at both Hughes

and TRW, Inc (now part of Northrop Grumman). Most recently he served as Director,

leading development teams in the design and development of state-of-the-art

communications systems, such as processed and transponded satellite networks,

microwave point-to-multipoint, cellular, and Personal Communications Services (PCS).

Mr. Losada is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor

of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering – both from the University of

Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has published in the field of Communication Systems

and design of Frequency Hopping Patterns for Spread Spectrum Communications.

Todd Martin joined TriQuint as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in June of 2012. Mr. Martin has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) in the Semiconductor industry. Prior to joining TriQuint he was Senior Director, IT at Emulex. In 2001 Mr. Martin joined Applied Micro Circuits Corporation, and served as CIO from 2007-2010. Previous to AppliedMicro, he held IT positions of increasing responsibility at Texas Instruments, Silicon Systems, and the United States Navy as a civilian engineer. Joseph Maxwell

Joe Maxwell joined RAE Systems in 2005 and has led its EMEA operations since 2011. He oversees the sales and service operations for all of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific region. He’s held several leadership positions at the company, including UK manager, director of European sales, and director of EMEA. Mr. Maxwell brings 35 years of experience within the fire and gas safety industry.

Prior to joining RAE Systems, Mr. Maxwell was a senior vice president of international sales and marketing for Total Safety, a worldwide industrial safety services and solutions company. Mr. Maxwell specialized in the oil and gas, refinery, chemical and power generation markets, covering the U.K.; Europe; North, West & South Africa; the Middle East; and the Soviet Union.

He began his career as a fire fighter and safety engineer. He also held positions as a field sales engineer, business development manager, and a sales and operations manager for various UK and European safety firms that specialized in fire engineering, gas and radiation detection, contingency planning and disaster management.

He earned a degree in business from Glasgow Caledonian University and is a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Nandeep Nagarkar

Nandeep graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Karnataka University in India 1995. He started as an IT contractor for a textile corporation developing Oracle solutions to integrate the Sales and manufacturing processes. During the 4 years prior to arriving in US in 1999, he consulted for several clients across diverse verticals providing enterprise software solutions, corporate training and IT networking solutions.

During his early years in US he had a wonderful opportunity to closely work with founders and CXOs of web-based startups.

From 2001 through 20012, Nandeep was an IT consultant to several clients including Chevron, Wells Fargo, State Compensation Insurance Fund (SCIF) etc. as also held senior enterprise information manager role, reporting to CIO, at Blackhawk Network Inc., technology integration specialist at Deloitte Consulting and most recently IT application manager at Blue Shield of CA where he managed Software Services delivery for several healthcare IT applications and introduced several best practices including cloud services , IT benchmarking etc.

In Oct 2012, he decided to turn to entrepreneurship and conceived the idea for Value Realization Inc. with the primary focus on creating business productivity solutions for SMBs in a niche area.

Maurice O’ Brien

Maurice O’ Brien grew up in Co. Waterford, Ireland and went to the University of Limerick, Ireland where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering.

His career path came through the applications engineering department of the power management division to the product marketing department with Analog Devices in Limerick, Ireland. He now defines leading edge new products for Analog Devices power management division and has been with Analog Devices for over 10 years, based in Limerick, Ireland but also lived in San Jose, CA. The current product marketing manager role means that he works with Analog Devices developments sites across the globe and spends a lot of time out visiting Analog Devices customers worldwide.

Jeffrey Riedmiller

Senior Director, Sound Platform Group

Dolby Laboratories

Jeffrey Riedmiller is currently Senior Director of the Sound Platform Group at Dolby Laboratories in San Francisco, CA where he is responsible for leading a creative and global team responsible for the development and innovation across all of Dolby’s technologies in sound. These include: Dolby’s audio coding systems (Dolby Digital (AC-3), Dolby Digital Plus (E-AC-3), Dolby E as well as a unique suite of audio signal processing technologies utilized throughout professional and consumer media and electronics industries worldwide.

Joining Dolby in 1998; he worked intensively on the launch of multichannel audio across numerous digital television (DTV) and HDTV services throughout North America. He is also the visionary creator of several revolutionary product and technology innovations that have defined how television loudness is accurately estimated and controlled worldwide. Two well-known examples are the Dolby LM100 Broadcast Loudness Meter with Dialogue Intelligence and the DP600 Program Optimizer which received multiple Emmy Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Engineering Development in 2004, 2009 and in 2011 respectively.

Riedmiller is an active member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and its Standards Committees. He has authored and presented several technical papers over the past 15 years; some of his most recent published works includes an AES paper on loudness normalization for portable media devices and a chapter on audio for digital television in the 10th Edition of NAB’s Engineering Handbook.

Previously he served as co-chairman for the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) Engineering Committee – Audio Quality Subcommittee, as well as Associate Editor for Transactions on Broadcasting, the journal for the Institute for the Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) – Broadcast Technology Society.

Tom Rodden is a first-generation American of Irish parents who arrived and settled in Philadelphia after WWII. After 2 years of business school, Tom took a job with GE and worked there for 10 years. He had the opportunity to work in GE’s business development group helping to engineer several acquisitions, including GE Lighting’s acquisition of the leading Eastern European lighting company, Tungsram Lighting. When the deal was closed, Tom moved into the GE Europe operation and held a variety of positions—Marketing, Warehousing, Manufacturing Planning, and Director of Logistics reporting to the CEO for GE Lighting Europe.

Tom left GE in 1996 to return to the US and Silicon Valley where he joined Price Waterhouse’s IT Consulting arm focused on implementing SAP, having played a major stakeholder role in GE Lighting’s SAP implementation. Tom reinvented himself again as an IT Manager/Consultant, getting hands on with SAP configuration and becoming a strong project manager. Tom continued this direction when PwC decided to sell the business to IBM by moving to Deloitte & Touche’s IT Consulting group.

In 2007, Tom decided that he needed to get off the road and be more at home as his kids were growing up fast. He left Deloitte and joined Varian Medical Systems as Director of Enterprise Applications. This move was in part an extension of Tom’s years in consulting, but it was also quite different. Instead of walking away shortly after go-live, Tom now owned supporting the results of his implementations. He had to build a team for the long-run, negotiate outsourced production support contracts, and build persuasive ROI cases for major project proposals to obtain internal funding and commitment. Tom now manages a team of 100+ across 6 countries and a budget of $ 20 MM, delivering about 60 IT projects per year, with several each year being transformational for the business.

Pratik Shah has spent over 15+ years in research & development with supporting several activities including formulation development, test development and commercialization of various products for automotive, industrial and medical markets. Pratik holds Master’s in Chemical Engineering and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) certification. He has strong background in project management. He started his career as a process engineer and continually grew in area of research & development where he developed various new technologies including Green materials for automotive interior components and Nano technology for automotive & industrial sealing products.

Pratik serves as a team leader, Engineering Research & Development & Global Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) champion at Gates Corporation. He has designed and implemented global DFSS program to support Product to Market initiates. He has also trained 150+ R & D engineers in North & South America. His program has identified $10MM in ROI & approx. $325MM in new business opportunities for Americas region alone.

Pratik is passionate about driving new innovation s and delivering successes to the customers. He is very strong in design & development of new strategies and business plans.

Sumit grew up in suburbs of Delhi, India. He completed a BS and MS (Electrical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). After graduating from IIT in 1996, he started his career as Analog IC Design Engineer, and progressed into General Management role. He is a seasoned semiconductor executive with expertise in P&L management, product definition, strategy, business development, and marketing. Over last 15 years, Sumit has been into various roles including managing P&L, leading cross functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, operations and engineering to drive business unit strategy and execution to accelerate revenue growth.

He has a proven track record in turning around underperforming businesses, through restructuring operations, building high performance teams, market share growth and driving ROI improvement. He has led, or been a member of due diligence team, with full technical, business fit analysis, post-merger integration and evaluation of 20+ deals for CEO/BoD reviews.

Sumit currently serves as Product Line Director at TriQuint Semiconductor for Infrastructure and Defense Products Business Unit, with responsibility to drive strategy, growth and execution to accelerate company’s expansion and leadership in Wireless Communications, Industrial and Automotive markets.

David E. Toombs

David E. Toombs Strategic Program Management

David E. Toombs lives in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area and has traveled extensively for a variety of strategic IT and business projects during the last 25 years. Mr. Toombs has focused on large-scale implementations and the introduction of new technologies into organizations as a consultant, an Associate Director for an outsourcing firm and an IT Services/Program Manager for a leading food services provider.

David started his professional career in legislative and executive branch positions with the State of Michigan, including a core team member on a reinventing government program that served as the model for federal job training legislation. He moved to strategic consulting with a number of states and regions to implement that model as part of a localized economic development strategy. David then shifted his attention to IT programs as an enabler for organizational change and innovation.

David has worked with Keane, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Gordon Food Service and independently across a number of IT disciplines to take on high-value, cutting-edge or troubled programs that require pragmatic leadership. From concept to solution roll-out, Mr. Toombs has focused on customer satisfaction and team-member development as the cornerstones for program success. David is currently leading implementation of a cloud-based solution that challenges the status quo for IT, Finance and Sales in an $8B organization.

Johannes Weis

Johannes Weis joins the Stanford Executive Institute from TriQuint Semiconductor where he is the senior director for global sales operations and customer service.

His main objective for TriQuint is to deliver significant positive change throughout the company by using strategic thinking, problem solving skills, leadership abilities and goal-focused persistence. Weis has more than 14 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations and program management at various high-tech companies. Before TriQuint, Weis held positions with Applied Micro Circuits Corp, where he was Sr. Dir. of WW Sales Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Airgo Networks, where he served as Director of Project Planning and Execution.

Weis earned his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California (Berkeley) in 1994.

Scott L. Wilkie

Scott Wilkie grew up in Perthshire, Scotland and graduated from St.Andrews University where he carefully balanced studying Physics with enjoying the golf. He has spent all sixteen years of his professional life working within the Gas Detection market where two companies have allowed him to unite his technical education with his commercial abilities.

He started with MSA (Britain) Ltd as Product Specialist for portable instruments before assuming Product Management responsibility for portable and fixed gas detection instrumentation. He used the technical skills and application knowledge he learned as his foundation for sales success, firstly assuming the role as Business Development Manager for Permanent Instruments before becoming UK Sales Manager.

After eleven years with MSA he joined RAE Systems as UK Sales Manager before assuming the role as European Sales Director. More recently he assumed the additional responsibility of Operations Director with P&L responsibility for their $16M European Operations.

Howard Witham

Howard Witham grew up in State College, PA. He has spent his entire 27 year career in the microelectronics and semiconductor industry in various academic, engineering, and national and international managerial roles.

Howard holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, M.S. in Engineering Science, and PhD in Engineering Science and Mechanics, all from Penn State University. His M.S work focused on the device physics of radiation effects in MOS transistors, and PhD research was done at the Penn State Materials Research Lab on the electrochromic effect in tungsten oxide thin films.

Dr. Witham joined TriQuint Semiconductor in 2010 as Vice President of Texas Operations with responsibility for overseeing TriQuint's Texas manufacturing facilities. Prior to joining TriQuint, he worked for 16 years at STMicroelectronics where he was Director of Manufacturing and Site Operations at the 200 mm sub-micron silicon fab in Phoenix, Arizona. While at STMicroelectronics, he also served in other leadership roles including Director of Operations at the R&D plant in Ottawa, Canada and Director of Worldwide Facilities Operations.

Ekaterina Zholobova is an experienced marketing executive from St. Petersburg, Russia with solid experience in mobile, digital and a strong offline marketing (FMCG) background.

As a successful marketer and executive, Ekaterina worked at a leading Russian gaming company, built the mobile department from scratch and made the company one of the top competitors on the mobile market.

She is currently the CMO at 'HappyKids', a start-up that aggregates mobile content and applications for children (interactive books, videos, games, and educational apps) through a unique publishing platform. The publishing platform was designed both for external producers and as a single entry point for parents looking for high-quality content to entertain their children and help them learn about our world. It is currently being beta-tested in Russia and versions for english speaking contries are scheduled to launch in summer 2013.

Ekaterina graduated from Perm State Techincal University with a degree in Marketing and has a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Hochschule Sachsen Anhalt, Germany.
