Who do I contact if I need help ordering parts for my Trolley?Call our office at 715-478-5090 and ask to speak with our Purchasing Agent 715-478-5090 (ext 101). We will be pleased to help you! Or email our purchasing agent at [email protected].

What kinds of parts do you stock?We specialize in parts for all of our Trolley models. Our parts inventory is located in the our Trolley manufacturing facility, therefore we can provide any part you may need.

How quickly can I expect to receive the parts I order?Approximately 90% of all orders received by 2:00 pm will ship the same day, customer’s choice of shipping speed (Ground, 3-day select, 2-day select, and Next Day Air) unless we have to special order something for you. Our standard procedure is to ship parts via UPS. Should you require guaranteed service, inform our parts fulfillment agent.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

May I come by your facility to pick up the parts I need?Of course, we would be happy to see you and get the parts you need while you wait. This would be an excellent time to meet face-to-face with the people responsible for manufacturing your Trolleys, and you can even experience a tour of our manufacturing facility to see firsthand how our product is crafted.

What if you do not have the parts I need in stock?In most cases your order can be drop-shipped from the vendor. Hometown Trolley can expedite shipping to meet your needs. Should the vendor not have the component you need, we will source the part with other vendors to expedite shipping.

What if I do not see the parts I need in this catalog?If the part needed is not listed, speak with our purchasing agent to discuss how to fulfill your part needs. This catalog is only a compilation of our most frequently purchased parts. If your part is not found here, rest as-sured it will be available upon request or special order.

Can I order parts online?We do not currently offer online parts ordering. It is best you speak directly with us to ensure you are ordering the correct parts.

How do I pay for parts?Once your parts are shipped out, our accounting department will send an invoice to you within the same week. We accept cash or check and customers can enjoy 30 day terms upon credit approval. You may choose to have your parts shipped C.O.D. (cash on delivery) in which the freight carrier will send your check directly to Hometown Trolley.
