Passport requirements for processing

Fill out the application electronically to expedite the proceedings in the issuing office.

Go to a passport office in person to present documents . taking photography and recording fingerprints and

signature. No need to take photos.

Submit the original of the identity card valid format ( yellow with hologram ) .

If the applicant does not have valid identity card format. you

can submit the following documents according to your case :

Password for the first time or rectification issued by the National Registry of Civil Status which should go with

photograph and fingerprint together with the Civil Registry authentic copy issued by the registration office.

Proof of duplicate or renewal of the certificate of citizenship in process ( password ) online consultation with the date of issue of the document . which can be downloaded through the website of the National Civil

Submit previous passport . if any

In case of loss or theft of the passport. the applicant must only inform the issuing office that situation under oath

Once you have been treated at the passport office. you receive a receipt which shall pay the passport
