What made you start taking pictures? My dad had a Canon AE-1 lying around, which I would get out every now and again and have a play with. I didn’t have a clue how to work it but it was fun messing around with it. Not until my last girlfriend, who was into photography, that I took more of an interest. I bought an EOS600, started taking it to the skatepark and tried to figure out what I was doing. It was a steep learning curve, no digital back then!

Who or what inspires you? Different things on different days. Sometimes it’s the guilt of not having taken any photos for ages. Looking through a new magazine and seeing a bunch of cool photos. Buying a new piece of gear and wanting to try it out. Trying to learn and perfect new techniques. Many things.

What equipment do you use? Nikon D2x Nikon 10.5mm F2.8 Fisheye Nikon 18-55mm F3.5-4.5 Zoom Nikon 80-200mm F2.8 Zoom Quantum Q Flash Vivitar 285HV x 2 Pocket Wizard Radio Slaves Sekonic L358 Lightmeter Other Stuff Canon EOS600 Canon 50mm F1.8 Yashica T5 Bronica SQ-A Various tri-pods, light stands, gels, filters, adaptors, batteries etc Photoshop, Lightroom and Adi Gilberts scanner.

everythIng .he kept to hImself a lot over the years just got on wIth he was doIng and never was scared to try anythIng new.

he stIll has a bIt of g-loucester In hIm whIch stIll makes hIm an egotIstIc bIghead but alot has changed over the years. the kIds a gIant and I can’t generally explaIn how some one

wIth hIs dIet can be so energetIc and physIcally fIt. alot of people “quote me happy” sayIng I’m real lucky to be able to be apart of the luke peeters expIerence (In doubt).

I say nothIng In response for thIs of corse. If you ever come across luke you wIll understand why a lot of people have a moan about hIm,he Is what you call multI talented

and a rIder you do really want to watch rIde. anythIng he trIes he does possIbly the most annoyIng part about hIm, you wIll call somethIng be tryIng It for a whIle luke woddles

along and pulls It fIrst go.for some one who only gets to rIde maybe 2 days a week you would be surprIsed how good he Is for how much he rIdes, It’s lIke everytIme I come down the skatepark he has

creatIng a new myspace account every week.there Is not much I can say about the multI talented IndIvIdual who Is straIght edge and has nothIng to do wIth gIrls.

I could only some up luke In a few words what hIs lIfe consIsts of - stunts.bIkes.grIme.fIlmIng.astras and of course junk food.thats all I can say about luke and I hope you get

ReddiTch ReLax jam juLy 2007Summer is not summer without the Redditch Relax Jam and considering the weather we have had I was so pleased that it stayed dry all day. As you can see from the photos it wasn’t just dry but it was proper sunny, the sunshine always makes for better riding and everyone who rode totally ruled! Check the results for who placed where but the level of riding this year was awesome. So many riders so many tricks. A few of my personal highlights include Alex Bathurst’s ally oop 3 fakie and going way too high over the box, Oli Dale whipping out of the vert into the mini and gapping out of the spine into the voltrai-no, Craig McGill’s inverts, Larry Lomotey 3 tap to whip in over volcano, Ben Norgate on vert, Ross Wearing actually riding, Lee Hathaway’s wallride variations and everything Ben Sutor did.

I would like to thank everyone who helped make the jam one of the most memorable Relax Jams for a long time they include; Nueu Eyewear, BCBMX, 4down, Padded Cell, Ride bmx Maga-zine, Entity Boardsports, Kung, Nike 6.0 and Bart De Jong at Fat BMX.
