PATHWAYS DORS Workforce & Technology Center PATHWAYS Pathways provides educaonal support services for people with Ausm Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The Pathways program is a collaboraon between the DORS Workforce & Technology Center and colleges throughout the state. Students parcipang in Pathways enroll in credit/cerficate classes and register with the Disability Support Services (DSS) at their college. The DORS Pathways coordinator works with students, families, DORS Counselors, DSS staff and faculty at the college. PROGRAM INCLUDES: Adjustment to college life. Career guidance, counseling, and exploraon acvies. Assessment services. Employment and communicaon skills. Individual and group sessions. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: Have a documented diagnosis of an Ausm Spectrum Disorder. Have a DORS Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) that supports college as part of a vocaonal plan. Register with the Disability Support Services program at the college. Aend weekly group sessions. Students must schedule their classes around this standing appointment.
