During the first 30 to 40 minutes of anaesthesia, a patients body temperature can fall due to:

Loss of body’s normal response to cold due to anaesthetic drug

Versal On Bed System is a tough, durable adaptor frame that can be easily fitted to profiling beds to provide attachment points for the Versal Sheet Clamp.

The Air Seat is a foldable, inflatable seat cushion which provides excellent postural support to the pelvic area and may also be used as an alternative to lumbar support products. It can help to provide some comfort to those who may suffer pain when sitting because of injury, joint pain or bony prominences, whilst also blocking cold air from the floor.

Versal System Adaptor can be fitted to most types of beds including electric profiling, static frame and divan bases in both acute and community care environments.

Versal System Clamp is a versatile sheet clamp used in conjunction with the Versal Bed Adaptor to prevent unwanted movement of in situ repositioning sheet systems.

The Versal Sheet Clamp can be fitted to a suitable slide sheet or in-bed repositioning system to enable a hoist assisted turn.

Each Versal Sheet Clamp is supplied with a Versal Clamp Strap which when fitted to the Versal Sheet Clamp can be attached to hook onto a hoist spreader bar.
