The Anti-BAHA would like to know why rainwater does not subside in some areas of Barangay Bata. With PAG- ASA’s La Nina advisory, the organization is requesting for your assistance to find out the possible causes of flooding, and seeking your help in preventing flood this coming La Nina season.
