Proposal delivery and project design pack
User flows, UX flows, or flowcharts, as they are sometimes called, are
diagrams that display the complete path a user takes when using a
product. The user flow lays out the user’s movement through the
product, mapping out each and every step the user takes—from entry
point right through to the final interaction.
Using space effectively in your UI layout helps increase readability,
provide feedback and draw the reader to the most important parts of
the screen.
Related to UI layout and composition, space is an essential aspect of a
design’s visual language, alongside color, type and iconography. Space
is what helps designers create visual breathing room for the eye, and
makes users want to stay on the page. It can also help to suggest
function and create emphasis of important content.
When we talk about space in UI design, we are referring to the two
concepts: proximity and negative space, or whitespace.

Workshop design Business workshops are ideal to gather the business requirement
Are an opportunity for a team to untangle a problem together by
going through a series of group exercises designed to get to a
specific outcome.
Workshops are about getting stuff done, and are often used as
milestones to start things or make decisions.
A Design Thinking workshop is a hands-on, activity-based session
built around the Design Thinking process. It can last two hours, two
days, or even a full week—it all depends on the context and the
goals at hand.

UX Research & BenchmarkingUX research is the systematic investigation of users and their
requirements, in order to add context and insight into the process of
designing the user experience. UX research employs a variety of
techniques, tools, and methodologies to reach conclusions, determine
facts, and uncover problems, thereby revealing valuable information
which can be fed into the design process.
Benchmarking are an effective method for understanding how people
use and think about an interface, whether it’s for a website, software,
or mobile app.
Benchmarking becomes an essential part of a plan to improve the user
experience. A good benchmark indicates where a website or product
falls relative to some meaningful comparison. It can be compared to:
• Earlier versions of the product/website
• The competition
• Relative to an industry
• An industry standard (such as an NPS or conversation rate)
• Other products in the same company
