Fiesta Hermosa Labor Day 2014 Commercial Exhibitor Offer A Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce Event

History of Fiesta Hermosa Established in 1972, Fiesta Hermosa is a street fair at the Beach, held in the Heart of Beautiful Downtown Hermosa Beach. The show is the largest arts and crafts show in Southern California -- attracting as many as 150,000 visitors over each of the two 3-day weekends of Memorial Day and Labor Day. The show’s demographics are 21-59 M-F from the South Bay and Greater 5-County Los Angeles area. Attendance is primarily composed of an upper middle class audience, with over half of the attendees spending $100 or more at the event. Fiesta Hermosa has hosted sponsors in the categories of fast food companies, soft drinks, car dealerships, hotels and resorts, beauty products and spas, health clubs, vacation packages, modeling agencies, newspapers, insurance agencies, home remodelers, and health & dental specialists, etc. As well as the popular arts and crafts booths, the festival offers a kiddie carnival, beer and wine garden, food court, and two stages where live bands perform. The festival hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on all three days. Commercial Exhibitors must pay for participation on all three days, and provide the Chamber with an insurance certificate for $1 million combined single limit coverage. Insurance is to be placed with insurers with a current AM Best’s rating of no less than A:VII (see page 4 for further information). In order to maintain the orderly movement of the crowd, all sales, leafleting, sampling, conducting demonstrations, distributing written materials and any other commercial, promotional and charitable solicitation activities must be conducted within the participant’s pre-assigned display space. It is mandatory during the show that you keep your items within your booth space or you will be cited or removed from the show without a refund. For more specific inquiries, please contact:

Display Options Commercial Exhibitor participation is available on four levels:

$7,200 to $15,500 Space for 15' X 30' or 40’ x 60” exhibits with special requirements

$5,200 Double Booths measuring 10’ x 20’at the three intersections of Pier Avenue and Hermosa Avenue or at the end caps of Hermosa Avenue.

$2,700 A Single Booth measuring 10’ x 10’at the center intersection of Pier Avenue and Hermosa Avenue, or at the end caps of Pier or Hermosa Avenues.

$1,700 A Single Booth measuring 10’ x 10’ along the venue on Hermosa Avenue between 14th and 10th streets.

$ 50 Electricity - Generators are not allowed on the venue without prior approval.

$ 500 Required Clean-Up Fee for Exhibitors offering Free Samples.

$ 100 Late Fee for applications and payments received after July 18, 2014

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Company Checks, or Money Orders / Cashier’s Checks. Payment must be received in full no later than July 18th, 2014. A $100 Late Charge is required after July 18th, 2014. Application does not ensure placement, and the Chamber may refuse exhibitors who disturb the event with loud music or amplified messages. Commercial Exhibitors must work within their booth space from 10a.m. to 6 p.m. all three days. Commercial spaces for each Fiesta Hermosa are sold separately. No discounts for multiple shows. No refunds will be made unless cancellation is 60 days prior to the event. There are no refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, acts of war, terrorism, vandalism or restrictions by governmental agencies or other conditions beyond the control of the Chamber. Our event staff will work with you to try and assist in placing you in your desired location. Specific requests are not guaranteed.  I agree to abide by the regulations listed above. All participants including commercial and art & craft vendors, food vendors, non-profit organizations participating in the Beer Garden, Free Expression Groups and contractors participating in the Fiesta Hermosa must provide the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce with a Certificate of Insurance providing personal injury and property damage liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1 million combined single limit coverage. City of Hermosa Beach County of Los Angeles Bell Events Services Applications and/or contract will not be approved without the certificate of insurance received in the office of the Hermosa Beach Chamber prior to the event. On the bottom of the Certificate of Liability Insurance form there is a section titled, Description of Operations/Locations/Vehicles. You MUST complete that section including the following Information, Event Name (i.e. Fiesta Hermosa), Dates of event, Description (i.e. Craft festival, artist, commercial, food vendor, free expression).

For your convenience, we have provided a short list of insurance carriers that specialize in liability insurance for special event participants. Your choice of carrier is completely at your discretion and is not limited to the suggestions provided below.
