Mentor-Mentee entrepreneurship

Introduced the idea during paper presentation entitled “ Best Practice in PSA” which was held at National Convention among Polytechnic Lecturers in Polytechnic Metro Kuala Lumpur, 2012.

This idea was developed during Innoconf Exhibition at PSA. Engangement between students and alumnis/industries in doing business.

Reducing cost of consultation and failures in operating new business. Later, this idea been raised up by other polytechnics. This idea still been using until now and as a result, students able to stand on their own after

graduated from PSA and able to manage own business.

Ice-Blended Powder ‘Champions café’ 

This product can be regard as one of PSA’s product. The high demand on ice blended resulted to the production of PSA’s ice blended. Selling the product during Polytechnic programme and night markets nearby. This powder does not need extra sugar and cream powder. One scoop of powder can make one cup of ice blended drink. No extra sugar or milk powder. Variety of flavours due to high demand. Low in price, high in quality.

Chillies Facilitate students and staffs with fertigation systems information. Conducting session with staffs and industry to promote the fertigation systems. Selling the chillies during Pasar Pagi at Shah Alam and also during harvest time at the site. Monitor the progress of harvesting. Distribute chillies to the Top Management at JPP, Putrajaya.

Conclusion• There are a lot of activities conducted via Unit

Keusahawanan.

• Without the support from the unit, I cannot stand alone to fulfill all the task given.

• These opportunities can be regarded as golden chances to uplift my career in this area.

• My achievement in the field of entrepreneurship positively can turn out to be a breakthrough step to move further, and also become an inspiring model to my students and mentees.
