THE BUSINESS PROPOSAL
THE SERVICE
We are pleased to assist you with a plan to establish and operate an offshore team from our
local office in India. This document fully reflects our culture of transparency, practicality, and
reliability. We are certain that our proposal offers the most practical and efficient way to develop
your offshore operations. Along with our full support to make that happen, you can also lean on our
extensive experience every step of the way.
We are responsible for providing a high quality staff that meet the requirements provided by
the client and be responsible for providing office space and suitable clean and safe working
conditions at their office in India. The client will have the final decision in hiring the staff although
they will be legally employed by the service provider. The client shall also be responsible for
providing the workload and if necessary any trainings.
In addition to facilitating any of the clients request, the service provider shall provide full
employment facilities to the staff and be responsible to pay all local taxes and meet all local working
regulation.
WORKING TERMS
Scope of Service – Although the legal employment of the personnel will be by us, they will work
exclusively for you. And you will also directly manage the personnel’s day-to-day work and
provide them with instructions in this regard.
Term - There is no long-term commitment. That is, if you do not intend to continue your staffing
operations, you can terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Payment Terms - You will not pay us anything until you have selected your staff. We draft and
post online an advert for the job description provided, screen the candidate before forwarding
you the CV and perform background checks all free of charge. The first invoice issued by us
pursuant to the agreement is only during the commencement of the services.
Pricing structure - Our pricing model is designed to ensure total transparency in relation to the
costs being charged. So you will know exactly how much we pay your staff. And we leave no
room for unexpected or surprise costs.
The staff provided shall work on all business days for the requested time by the client with a
break of 1 hour. They will be available at any time during these hours for a Skype meeting or
similar. The buyer will pay for the Ireland bank holidays and for 22 days of holidays per annum.
This is inclusive of agreeing to pay 10 working days of sick pay on full pay after which no further
payments will be made.

The service provider agrees that all staff provided will liaise fully at all times
and promptly with the directors and staff of the client,
DELIVERY OF SERVICE
The Service Provider shall commence the provision of the Services from a date given by the
client. The appointment of a staff shall be provisionally on a 6-month probationary period after
which the client reserves the right to terminate any staff provided by the service provider, if they
deem the work provided is not to a satisfactory standard or they have performed an offence which
is deemed as serious.
FEES & CHARGES
Our pricing structure is designed to ensure total transparency in relation to the costs being
charged and leaves no room for hidden costs or unexpected surprises, and is made up of the
following three components:
1. One-time Setup Fee
The fee is for the setup and configuration of the workstation, install required software and help with the on boarding. In addition this fee covers for cost involved in drafting employee contracts and performing background checks.
2. Monthly Staff Salary# Client will know exactly how much they pay their staff. This fee will be inclusive of the taxes and PF ( Same as PRSI in Ireland)
3. Monthly Service Fee
This fee shall include the following service; Full administration Managerial full time supervision Rent and rates Electricity and gas Processing of payroll and all government obligations Full-time support and staff supervision Access to onsite HR support Full-time IT helpdesk support during operations
