Cupcake I ngredi ents :

1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature

2 1/2 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon baki ng powder

1/2 teaspoon baki ng soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon vani lla

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 cup buttermi lk

2 bananas ( mashed)

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2) Whi sk flower, baki ng powder, baki ng

soda and salt i n a bowl

3) I n electri c mi xer beat butter and sugar

together. Add eggs and bananas on low

4) Alternate addi ng flour mi x and mi lk

unti l i t ’ s all been added. Add cocoa

powder

5) Pour mi x i nto cupcake molds

Frosti ng I ngredi ents :

2 cups confecti oners ’ sugar

2 tablespoons room temp butter

2 tablespoons mi lk

1/2 teaspoon vani lla extract

Strawberry J am

1) Combi ne all i ngredi ents except j am. Mi x

together unti l thi ck and creamy

2) Add j am and mi x li ghtly, but not

blendi ng the j am i nto the frosti ng

completely

3) Spread over cooled cupcakes .

Addi ti onal: li ghtly spri nkle cocoa powder

over the frosted cupcakes and add a cut

strawberry
