GLOCK’s Dream Boy N.O.P. verenigt de drie belangrijkste hengstenlijnen van Neder-land in zich. Deze hoogbenige bloedmooie hengst was de eerste zwarte KWPN gekeurde zoon van Vivaldi die Krack C en Jazz in zijn stamboom verenigt. Moedersvader Ferro is o.a. de vader van Edward Gal’s Olympiade paard GLOCK’s Undercover en grootvader van Olympisch kampioen Valegro. GLOCK’s Dream Boy is één van de meest populaire hengsten van Nederland. Zijn expressieve manier van bewegen vererft hij door aan zijn kinderen.
GLOCK’s Dream Boy, die zelf in 2014 brons won op het Wereldkampioenschap jon-ge paarden, heeft inmiddels meerdere goed-gekeurde zonen en kampioensmerries voort-gebracht. Daaronder ook Kane (Dream Boy x Krack C) die met 8,25 gemiddeld tijdens de sporttest in februari 2020 overtuigde. Tijdens de driedaagse test in Verden scoorde hij zelfs 9,09 gemiddeld met een 10 voor Rittigkeit. De nakomeling Monte Carlo TC, die voor de helft verkocht is aan Blue Hors, is met 88 pun-ten voor zijn verrichting goedgekeurd bij het KWPN. In 2019 werd een zoon van GLOCK’s Dream Boy op de veiling in Westfalen, voor een bedrag van 1.9 miljoen euro verkocht. Al deze successen bewijzen dat GLOCK’s Dream Boy zijn uitzonderlijke kwaliteiten over-draagt aan zijn nakomelingen.
Met Hans Peter Minderhoud is hij zeer succesvol op het hoogste niveau en een vaste waarde voor het Nederlandse team. De combinatie beleefde al vele sportieve hoogtepunten waaronder het NK dressuur, waar ze drie jaar op rij het zilver veroverde. Daarnaast maakte ze deel uit van het Neder-landse team op het WK in Tryon en het EK in Rotterdam (team Zilver). Ook bij de deelname aan het CHIO Rotterdam 2018 was de combi-natie onderdeel van het winnende team in de landenwedstrijd. Al deze mooie prestaties le-verde hem dan ook het achtervoegsel N.O.P. (Nederlands Olympiade Paard) op.

GLOCK’s Dream Boy N.O.P. brings together the three most important Dutch stallion bloodlines. This long-legged black horse was the first KWPN-licensed son of Vivaldi in this sought-after black colouration who, in turn, embodied the bloodlines of the famous stal-lions Krack C and Jazz in his ancestry. His damsire, Ferro, is the father of Edward Gal’s famous Olympic horse, GLOCK’s Underco-ver, and grandfather of the Olympic winner, Valegro. GLOCK’s Dream Boy is one of the most popular stallions in the Netherlands known for passing on his expressive way of moving to his offspring.
GLOCK’s Dream Boy, who won bronze at the World Championships for Young Dres-sage Horses in 2014, already has several licensed sons and elite mares. These inclu-de Kane (Dream Boy x Krack C), who stood out during the sports test in February 2020 with an average of 8.25. During the three-day test in Verden he even scored an avera-ge of 9.09 with a 10 for rideability. Offspring Monte Carlo TC, 50% owned by Blue Hors, has been approved by the KWPN, with 88 points for his performance. In 2019, a son of GLOCK’s Dream Boy was bought at the auction in Westphalia for 1.9 million euros. All these successes prove that GLOCK’s Dream Boy passes on its exceptional qualities to its descendants.
With Hans Peter Minderhoud he performs at Grand Prix level with great success and is an important member of the Dutch dressa-ge team. They took silver in the 2016 Dutch Dressage Championships Small Tour and, in 2018, 2019 and 2020, also took silver in the Big Tour. In both 2018 and 2019, GLOCK’s Dream Boy N.O.P. was part of the winning team in the Nations Cup at CHIO Rotterdam 2018 and the successful combination repre-sented the Dutch team at the World Equestri-an Games in Tryon (USA) and the European Championships in Rotterdam (NED), where they took team silver. All these great perfor-mances earned him the suffix N.O.P. (Dutch Olympiade Horse).

GLOCK’s Dream Boy wird von Hans Peter Minderhoud höchst erfolgreich auf Grand Prix Niveau vorgestellt und ist wichtiges Mitglied der niederländischen Dressur-Equipe. Er holte bei den Nieder-ländischen Dressurmeisterschaften 2016 Silber in der Kleinen Tour und drei Jahren in Folge Silber in der Großen Tour (2018, 2019, 2020). Bereits 2018 war GLOCK’s Dream Boy Teil der siegreichen Nationen- preismannschaft beim CHIO Rotterdam. 2018 als auch 2019 war GLOCK’s Dream Boy Teil des niederländischen Silber-Teams bei den WEG in Tryon (USA) und des Sil-ber-Teams bei der EM in Rotterdam (NED). All diese großartigen Leistungen brachten ihm das Suffix N.O.P. (Niederländisches Olympiade-Pferd).

GLOCK’s Flavio was dé ontdekking van de Hannoveraanse hengstenkeuring in 2014. Slechts tien hengsten werden aangewezen als premiehengst, waarvan GLOCK’s Fla-vio er één was. GLOCK’s Flavio ontving in 2015 tijdens het verrichtingsonderzoek in Neustadt-Dosse een 9,0 voor de rijdbaar-heid, een 9,5 voor de draf en een 9,0 voor de galop. GLOCK’s Flavio heeft een dres-suur-verwachtingswaarde van 144 punten.
Met zijn negen jaar, toont GLOCK’s Flavio veel balans in zijn genereuze bewegingen, maar ook laat hij zich makkelijk verzamelen en toont veel talent voor de zwaardere oefe-ningen. In 2017 maakte hij onder Hans Peter Minderhoud zijn debuut tijdens de Subli Cup voor vijfjarige dressuurpaarden en werd der-de met maar liefst 78,80%.
GLOCK’s Flavio is inmiddels in de trai-ning al begonnen aan de zwaardere oefe-ningen zoals piaffe en passage, waarin hij erg veel aanleg toont. Ook de galop is zeer indrukwekkend en hij speelt met oefeningen als wissel-series en pirouettes. GLOCK’s Flavio heeft veel bereidheid tot werken. Zijn veelbelovende veulens bewegen zich met veel expressie en tonen veel aanleg. Zijn vader Fidertanz is een zoon van Fider-mark I uit de foklijn van Astfläche. Hij werd onder andere NRW-kampioen, HLP-winnaar, reserve-kampioen van Duitsland en ‘Olden-burger Hauptprämiensieger’. Daarnaast was hij ook nog op het hoogste niveau succesvol in de sport en leverde hij meer dan 50 goed-gekeurde zonen.

GLOCK’s Flavio was the discovery of the 2014 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing. He was one of only ten stallions that were honoured as premium stallions. GLOCK’s Flavio re-ceived a score of 9.0 for rideability, a 9.5 for his trot and a 9.0 for his canter at the 2015 stallion performance test in Neustadt-Dosse. He achieved an average score of 8.04 (jump-ing and dressage) and an estimated breed-ing value of 144 (dressage).
With his age of only nine years, thanks to his athletic gaits, GLOCK’s Flavio is already showing a great ability to collect and shows a very nice balance in his generous move-ments. In 2017 he made his debut with Hans Peter Minderhoud at the Subli Cup compe-tition for five-year-old dressage horses and took third place with 78.80%.
GLOCK’s Flavio possesses an impres-sive canter and deals easily with all move-ments like flying changes and pirouettes. He demonstrates fantastic willingness to work and has already embarked on difficult dres-sage movements like the piaffe-passage-tour, for which he also shows great talent. His promising offspring move very expressively and are in great demand for dressage sport.
His sire Fidertanz is a son of Fidermark I, who comes from the performance line of Ast-fläche. He has been the NRW-champion stal-lion, winner of the stallion performance test, national vice-champion and was awarded the main premium in Oldenburg. Fidermark I was successful up to Intermediaire I himself and has sired more than 50 licensed sons to date.

Seine vielversprechenden Fohlen bewegen sich mit viel Ausdruck und sind hochveran-lagt für den Dressursport.
Sein Vater Fidertanz ist ein Sohn des Fi-dermark I aus dem Leistungsstamm der Ast-fläche. Er ist NRW-Siegerhengst, Sieger der Hengstleistungsprüfung, Vize-Bundescham-pion und Oldenburger Hauptprämiensieger. Er war im Dressursport bis Grand-Prix-Level erfolgreich und brachte bis dato über 50 ge-körte Söhne hervor.

Zowel in de sport als in de fokkerij heeft GLOCK’s Johnson TN bewezen tot de abso-lute wereldtop te behoren. In 2005 werd hij gekroond tot de afgetekende kampioen van de KWPN-hengstenkeuring en twee jaar later plaatste hij zich voor de finale van het we-reldkampioenschap voor 5-jarige dressuur-paarden in Verden. In 2015 leverde hij een grote bijdrage aan het Nederlandse team-goud op het EK in Aken en behaalde daar ook nog eens individueel brons. Tijdens de Olympische Spelen van 2016 in Rio de Jan-eiro bleken GLOCK’s Johnson TN en Hans Peter Minderhoud de meest succesvolle Nederlandse combinatie. Daarmee bewees GLOCK’s Johnson TN opnieuw een vaste waarde voor het Nederlandse team te zijn. GLOCK’s Johnson TN heeft meer dan 30 goedgekeurde zonen, waaronder bij het KWPN: Breezer, Bretton Woods en Firestone. GLOCK’s Johnson TN has proven in sports and breeding that he belongs to the world’s best. He won the 2005 KWPN Stallion Show and was finalist in the 2007 World Dressage Championships for Young Horses. He was a major contributor to Dutch team gold at the 2015 European Championships in Aachen and won an individual bronze medal. At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, GLOCK’s Johnson TN and Hans Peter Min-derhoud finished as the top-ranked Dutch duo. GLOCK’s Kardam’s Whisper toonde zich in de zomer van 2018 als beste dressuurhengst tijdens de zadeltest in het Duitse Adelheids-dorf en werd goedgekeurd met een eindsco-re van 9,16 punten. De zoon van GLOCK’s Toto Jr. uit een moeder van Sir Sinclair x De-mocraat, gefokt door Rein en José de Lange, kreeg een 9,5 voor zijn karakter, tempera-ment en motivatie. De gastruiter beloonde hem zelfs met een 9,75 voor rijdbaarheid. De basisgangen van deze sterke donkerbruine hengst zijn met een 9,5 voor draf en galop en een 8 voor de stap, uitstekend te noemen. Ook overtuigde hij in september 2020 tijdens de sporttest in Münster-Handorf, waar hij met een puntentotaal van 9,1 de afgetekende winnaar werd. Daarnaast was hij gekwalifi-ceerd voor het WK jonge paarden in Verden, wat vanwege het Coronavirus helaas werd afgelast.
GLOCK’s Kardam’s Whisper vertegen-woordigt via zijn moeder Whisper de beroem-de NL-merrielijn 8, ook wel bekend als de Reina-stam welke tot één van de belangrijk-ste moederlijnen van Nederland behoort. Uit deze stam komen vele beroemde hengsten voort, zoals: Grand Prix hengst en keurings-kampioen GLOCK’s Johnson TN, Bonapar-te Z, Charmeur, Darkdream (HLP-winnaar), Eros, Fürst Frederik, Kapriool, Mendel, Sir Primeur, top-vererver Sultan, Udarco en Wal-do. Zijn vader GLOCK’s Toto Jr., die in 2017 de meeste dressuurveulens voortbracht, bracht ook al meerdere goedgekeurde zonen en is de eerste goedgekeurde zoon van de legendarische hengst Totilas.
Moedersvader is de goedgekeurde KWPN-hengst Sir Sinclair (Lord Sinclair x Flemmingh), die tot één van de grootste ver-ervers ooit behoort. Hij werd in 2002 ver-kocht naar de VS en is inmiddels tot drie keer toe uitgeroepen tot USEF Dressage Sire of the year. Ook zijn grootvader Democraat be-wees zichzelf op het hoogste niveau, zowel in de dressuurring als in het springparcours. In zijn stamboom zien we onder andere be-kende hengsten als Pion, Pericles en Silvano.

GLOCK’s Kardam’s Whisper is the over-whelming winner in terms of a dressage-dom-inated final mark of 9.16 points in the stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf. This son of GLOCK’s Toto Jr. x Sir Sinclair x De-mocraat, bred by Rein and José de Lange, received 9.5 points for nature, character / temperament, willingness to perform and his test-rider even awarded him 9.75 points for rideability. The basic gaits of this powerfully moving dark bay stallion are also outstand-ing, with 9.5 points for trot and canter along with 8.0 points for his walk. He also stood out in September 2020 during the sports test in Münster-Handorf, where he became the win-ner with a total of 9.1 points. Whilst he had qualified for the World Championships for young horses in Verden, these were unfortu-nately cancelled due to the COVID-19 pan-demic.
GLOCK’s Kardam’s Whisper represents the famous NL-merrielijn 8 through his mother, Whisper, who is also known for her Reina-heritage and counts among the most important dam lines in the Netherlands. GLOCK’s Kardam’s Whisper war mit der dressurbetonten Endnote von 9,16 Punkten im Rahmen der Hengstleistungsprüfung in Adelheidsdorf der überragende Sieger. 9,5 Punkte erhielt der Sohn des GLOCK’s Toto Jr. x Sir Sinclair x Democraat aus der Zucht von Rein und José de Lange für Interieur, Charakter/Temperament, Leistungsbereit-schaft, und sein Fremdreiter vergab sogar eine 9,75 für Rittigkeit. Auch die Grundgang-arten des ganggewaltigen dunkelbraunen Hengstes sind mit 9,5 Punkten für Trab und Galopp sowie 8,0 Punkten für seinen Schritt herausragend. Im September überzeugte GLOCK’s Kardam’s Whisper auch während des Hengstleistungstest in Münster-Handorf (DE), nach dem er mit einer Gesamtleistung von 9,1 Punkten als Sieger glänzte. Daraus konnte er sich für die Weltmeisterschaft der junge Pferde in Verden qualifizieren, welche aufgrund des Coronavirus abgesagt wurde.

Wederom een geweldige nakomeling uit de eerste jaargang van GLOCK’s Toto Jr. Met veel succes nam de door K.J. Kiestra gefok-te GLOCK’s King Karim in het voorjaar van 2018 deel aan het KWPN-verrichtingson-derzoek. Deze eerlijke en betrouwbare vos-hengst kreeg een zeer positieve beoorde-ling. ‘GLOCK’s King Karim beweegt met veel souplesse, zelfhouding en balans. Als dres-suurpaard heeft GLOCK’s King Karim veel tot zeer veel aanleg en hij geeft zijn ruiter een goed gevoel’, staat er in zijn onderzoeksrap-port geschreven.
Tijdens de hengstencompetitie in 2020 maakte GLOCK’s King Karim ook zeer veel indruk met zijn elegantie, afdruk, ruimte en kracht in bewegen. Voor zijn gangen ontving de hengst 9,5en en ook voor aanleg scoorde hij altijd een 9 of hoger. Hij eindigde op de eerste plek in de finale met 93 punten in de klasse L, met een 9,5 voor totaalindruk.
Zijn vader, GLOCK’s Toto Jr., is de eerste goedgekeurde zoon van de legendarische hengst Totilas. In 2019 werden er bij het KWPN op de eerste bezichtiging maar liefst 11 van zijn zonen doorverwezen naar de tweede bezichtiging.
De moeder van GLOCK’s King Karim is de elite merrie Blexta, die bijna alleen maar achten scoorde op de merrietest. Ze is een dochter van de preferente Painted Black, die naast zijn sportcarrière ook zijn sporen in de fokkerij wist te verdienen. Painted Black nam, onder Morgan Barbançon, deel aan de Olympische Spelen in Londen, in 2014 de Wereld Ruiterspelen in Caen, en de Wereld-bekerfinales in Las Vegas in 2015. In datzelf-de jaar reed het duo op het EK in Aken hun laatste proef. Painted Black heeft voor meer imponerend nalatenschap gezorgd, met ver-schillende nakomelingen die Grand-Prix ge-klasseerd zijn, maar ook verschillende goed-gekeurde zonen.
De (thuis gescoorde) veulens van GLOCK’s King Karim staan ruim voldoende tot goed in het rechthoeksmodel en hebben veel uitstraling. GLOCK’s King Karim kan de kracht en gedragenheid in galop en draf ver-beteren en beentechniek toevoegen aan de dressuurpaardenfokkerij, staat in het rap-port van de KWPN afstammelingenkeuring beschreven.

GLOCK’s King Karim is yet another splen-did descendant from the first stud year of GLOCK’s Toto Jr., remarkable for his out-standing ground cover in walk, elegance and light-footedness in trot and canter with strong uphill tendency. It was with great success that this dark chestnut stallion, bred by K.J. Kiestra, took part in the KWPN performance test in early 2018. GLOCK’s King Karim re-ceived an extremely high rating “GLOCK’s King Karim moves with great flexibility, more than adequate posture and a great deal of balance.
GLOCK’s King Karim has performed in the stallion competition and is impressive for the thrust, extent and power of his move-ments. He received over 3 qualifiers mostly marks from 9 to 9,5. This he concluded with the first place in the final at the KWPN stal-lionshow where he got 93 points in the class L with a 9.5 for the overall impression.
His sire, GLOCK’s Toto Jr., is the first li-censed son of the legendary Totilas. In 2019 GLOCK’s Toto Jr. sired no fewer than 29 sons entered for the first KWPN stallion selection, of which 11 were selected for the 2nd round.
The dam of GLOCK’s King Karim is the elite mare Blexta, a daughter of the famous Painted Black who, alongside his sporting career, also contributed breeding success. Ridden by Morgan Barbançon, Painted Black took part in the Olympic Games in London, the WEG in Caen in 2014, the World Cup Fi-nal in Las Vegas in 2015 and the European Championships in Aachen that same year, at which they also carried out their final test. Painted Black has also achieved an impres-sive breeding record, with various descend-ants classified as Grand-Prix and various ac-knowledged sons.
As a KWPN-licensed stallion, GLOCK’s King Karim passes his top attributes on to his progeny, and his foals do indeed stand out for their great appearance and radiance. According to the KWPN foal inspection report, GLOCK’s King Karim can make a contribution to improving power and lift in the gallop and trot as well as leg technique.

Zowel in de sport als in de fokkerij heeft GLOCK’s London zijn sporen ruimschoots verdiend. Onder topruiter Gerco Schröder heeft deze machtige BWP-voshengst vele successen op het hoogste niveau weten te behalen. Hoogtepunten waren de beide zil-veren medailles, zowel individueel als met het team op de Olympische Spelen van 2012 in Londen. Daarbovenop kwam ook een gouden plak met het Nederlandse team op de Wereldruiterspelen in Caen. Succesvol in vele landenwedstrijden, was GLOCK’s Lon-don van ongekende waarde voor de Neder-landse springsport. Hij wordt dan ook terecht beschouwd als één van de beste springpaar-den ter wereld.
De in België gefokte hengst werd in 2002 geboren onder de naam Carembar de Muze. In zijn stamboom zijn vier springhengsten van internationale klasse indrukwekkend gecom-bineerd. Zijn vader, Selle Français top-verer-ver Nabab de Reve, was onder Philippe Le Jeune (BEL) succesvol in de topsport. Moeder Ta Belle van Sombeke heeft als vader de Hol-steiner hengst Chin Chin, hij was onder Jaime Azcarraga (MEX) een succesvolle Olympiër. Aan moederszijde vinden we Rheinländer Goliath Z (vader van Grosso Z) en de Hanno-veraanse Widukind de Lauzelle, die onder Eric Wauters (BEL) één van de meest succesvolle springpaarden van zijn generatie was.
Zijn moeder Ta Belle van Sombeke (van Chin Chin x Goliath Z) was onder Jos Lansink eveneens succesvol en bracht meerdere op Grand Prix-Springpaarden voort.
Ondanks zijn beperkte inzet in de fokkerij vanwege de sport, heeft GLOCK’s London al veel goeds voortgebracht. Daaronder de KWPN gekeurde ‘I Am London Apple’, Lon-don Z, Come to London, Z7 Ipswich (voor-heen van de Wolfsakker), allen internationaal actief. In april werd de vierjarige Londarco PS voor 85.000 euro naar Amerika verkocht tij-dens de online veiling van Paul Schockemöh-le. En Calourina PS was de veiling topper op de PSI Auktion afgelopen december en werd voor een bedrag van maar liefst 1,6 miljoen euro naar Frankrijk verkocht.
Na jaren van springsport op topniveau, nam GLOCK’s London in de zomer van 2019 topfit afscheid van de sport en staat nu als dekhengst ter beschikking.

GLOCK’s London has proven his world-lead-ing position in both sport and breeding. Un-der exceptional Dutch rider Gerco Schröder, this magnificent BWP chestnut stallion achieved a great deal of success at the highest level of show jumping. Top sporting highlights were the two silver medals, indi-vidual and team, at the 2012 Olympic Games in London (GBR), along with a gold medal with the Dutch team at the World Equestrian Games in Caen (FRA). Moreover, GLOCK’s London achieved great triumphs in Rio de Janeiro (BRA), Cannes (FRA), Doha (QAT), Vienna (AUT) and Aachen (GER) and does indeed count among the best show jumping horses in the world.
This Belgian-bred stallion was born in 2002 and named Carembar de Muze. His pedigree combines four international show jumping stallions. His sire, the Selle Français top breeding stallion Nabab de Reve, was successful in top-class sport under Philippe Le Jeune (BEL), whilst the sire of his dam, Holsteiner Chin Chin, had Olympic success under Jaime Azcarraga (MEX). On his dam’s side were the Rhenish Goliath Z (sire of Gros-so Z) and the powerfully jumping Hanoverian Widukind de Lauzelle.

Notwithstanding selective breeding en-gagements, GLOCK’s London’s sporting ca-reer is reflected in his successful offspring. To date he has over 200 registered descend-ants, including his KWPN-approved son, I Am London Apple, London Z, Come to London Z and Z7 Ipswich (formerly van de Wolfsakker). In April, the four-year-old Londarco PS was sold to America for 85,000 euros during Paul Schockemöhle's online auction and his daughter Calourina PS was the auction top-per at the PSI Auktion last December and was sold to France for no less than 1.6 million euros.
Following many years in top-class show jumping at the highest level, in the summer of 2019 and still in the best of health, GLOCK’s London retired from competitive sport and is now available for breeding.

Zoals zijn vader, GLOCK’s Toto Jr., zijn grootvader, Totilas en zijn overgrootvader, Gribaldi, is ook GLOCK’s Taminiau gitzwart. Deze geweldige hengst, gefokt door Jan Holtland, toonde tijdens de Hannoveraner hengstenkeuring van 2017 drie uitstekende gangen met veel balans en zelfhouding. Ook liet hij zien makkelijk te kunnen verzamelen. GLOCK’s Taminiau kreeg dan ook een zeer positieve beoordeling en werd uitgeroepen tot premiehengst.
Het KWPN verrichtingsonderzoek ver-liep voor GLOCK’s Taminiau succesvol en hij noteerde topcijfers. Voor zowel de stap als de galop ontving hij een 9. Tijdens deze 70-daagse test liet hij zich steeds weer goed bewerken en toonde een zeer positieve in-stelling zowel in de omgang als in het werk.
In de zomer van 2019 werd GLOCK’s Taminiau zesde in de Pavo Cup en in de win-ter maakte hij veel indruk tijdens de Heng-stencompetitie. In de verplichte selecties scoorde hij voor zijn gangen niet lager dan een 9,5. Hij behoorde tot de drie hengsten die werden gekwalificeerd voor de finale in Den Bosch, waar hij op de derde plaats ein-digde met 89 punten.
Zijn vader GLOCK’s Toto Jr. is de eerste KWPN-gekeurde zoon van de legendarische hengst Totilas. Moedersvader Sandro Hit wordt beschouwd als een veredelaar met een ongekende verervingsprestatie en is de vader van Olympische medaillewinnaars. Grootvader Totilas was drievoudig wereld-kampioen, brak onder Edward Gal drie we-reldrecords, leidde de dressuursport naar een onvoorstelbare populariteit en zette ook in de fokkerij topresultaten neer.
De op de afstammelingenkeuring ge-toonde veulens van GLOCK’s Taminiau zijn lang gelijnd en hebben een sprekend hoofd. Ze hebben een ruime stap en bewegen in alle drie de gangen met veel souplesse, kracht en zelfhouding. GLOCK’s Taminiau kan o.a. bijdragen aan bloedspreiding, maat en been-techniek. Ook instelling en kracht in bewe-ging kan deze hengst toevoegen.

Like his father, GLOCK’s Toto Jr., his grand-father, Totilas, and his great grandfather, Gribaldi, GLOCK’s Taminiau exhibits fine posture, with a gleaming black coat and a dash of white on each leg. With GLOCK’s Taminiau (GLOCK’s Toto Jr. – Sandro Hit – Caprilli), GLOCK’s Toto Jr. (Totilas – Desperados – Rotspon) delivered his first son for the traditional Hanoverian stallion li-censing of 2017. There, GLOCK’s Taminiau gave him every reason for pride. This elegant stallion, bred by Jan Holtland, presented himself contained with well-balanced move-ments and three extraordinary basic gaits. He left the licensing ground with a positive result and was additionally honoured with the title of premium stallion.
GLOCK’s Taminiau also passed the KWPN stallion performance test with top marks, receiving nine points for walk and can-ter. During the 70-day test he demonstrated the highest levels of willingness to perform, with corresponding talent and rideability.
In the summer of 2019, GLOCK’s Tamin-iau came sixth in the Pavo Cup and, in the winter of 2019, he was very successful at the stallion-competition with scores not low-er than 9.5 for his gaits. He was one of the 3 stallions that qualified for the final in Den Bosch, where he finished in third place with 89 points.

Mit GLOCK’s Taminiau (GLOCK’s Toto Jr. – Sandro Hit – Caprilli) stellte GLOCK’s Toto Jr. (Totilas – Despera-dos – Rotspon) bei der traditionellen Hanno-veraner Hengstkörung 2017 seinen ersten Sohn. Dort machte ihm GLOCK’s Taminiau alle Ehre. Der schicke Hengst aus der Zucht von Jan Holtland zeigte sich gut geschlos-sen, mit ausbalancierter Bewegung und drei überragenden Grundgangarten. Er verließ den Körring mit positivem Körurteil und wur-de zusätzlich als Premiumhengst geadelt.
Auch den KWPN Hengstleistungstest bestand GLOCK’s Taminiau mit Bestnoten, bekam für Schritt und Galopp neun Punkte und für den Trab acht Punkte. Während des 70-Tage-Tests zeigte er höchste Leistungs-bereitschaft, ebensolches Talent und beste Rittigkeit.

GLOCK’s Toto Jr. N.O.P. is de eerste goed-gekeurde zoon van de legendarische hengst Totilas. Het voorjaarsonderzoek van het KWPN viel met een mooie score van 86 pun-ten ten prooi aan hem.
GLOCK’s Toto Jr. is door zijn ruiter Edward Gal inmiddels uitgebracht op Grand Prix ni-veau. Zijn debuut tijdens de kadervorming in Schijndel, waar hij bovenaan eindigde met 79,49%, was een succes. Daarnaast was hij de grote winnaar van het NK dressuur 2020 en scoorde maar liefst 86,15% in de kür. Deze prestatie leverde hem direct de N.O.P. status op.
GLOCK’s Toto Jr. overtuigt met een uit-stekende ruime en zuivere stap, zowel de draf als de galop zijn bergopwaarts, lichtvoetig, in balans en krachtig in afdruk. Ook exterieurma-tig zit de hengst zeer goed in elkaar. Al deze kenmerken en ook zijn ongecompliceerde karakter worden door GLOCK’s Toto Jr. door-gegeven aan zijn nakomelingen, wat dan ook resulteerde in een zeer positief veulenrapport.
De nakomelingen van GLOCK’s Toto Jr. zijn geliefd en brengen de afgelopen jaren op verschillende veilingen hoge bedragen op. In 2017 gingen er op de KWPN-hengstenkeu-ring maar liefst negen jonge hengsten van zijn eerste jaargang door naar de tweede be-zichtiging. In 2019 werden er bij het KWPN op de eerste bezichtiging maar liefst 11 van zijn zonen doorverwezen naar de tweede be-zichtiging.
Mister Maserati, die 85,5 punten ontving tijdens het najaarsonderzoek, is de vierde goedgekeurde zoon van GLOCK’s Toto Jr., naast GLOCK’s Taminiau, GLOCK’s King Ka-rim en Blue Hors Kingston. Ook de GLOCK’s Toto Jr. dochters doen het niet onverdienste-lijk. Op het NMK 2019 liepen er maar liefst vier driejarige dochters in de finale in de top 10! Daarmee was hij de enige hengst die met meerdere nakomelingen in de finale stond.
De moeder van GLOCK’s Toto Jr., De-sperada, is een dochter van Desperados, die in 2015 twee zilveren medailles won in Aken op de Europese kampioenschappen. His offspring are popular and have achieved high prices at auctions. In 2017, 9 sons from GLOCK’s Toto Jr’s first offspring entered the 2nd viewing of the KWPN stallion approvals while, in 2019, 11 of his progeny were selected for the 2nd round.
Mister Maserati, who received 85.5 points in the stallion test, is the 4th approved son of GLOCK’s Toto Jr., next to GLOCK’s Taminiau, GLOCK’s King Karim and Blue Hors King-ston. His daughters also exhibit outstanding quality. Indeed, at the NMK 2019, 4 3-year-old mares were in the top-10 final. So it was that GLOCK’s Toto Jr. was the sole stallion to have delivered several progeny to the final.
His dam, Desperada, is descended from Desperados, who twice achieved individual silver medals at the 2015 European Champi-onships in Aachen. Both his dam and grand-dam finished their mare performance tests in DE with excellent scores: test riders even gave them a 10.0 for rideability.

GLOCK’s Trafalgar combineert alle kwalitei-ten om in de voetsporen van zijn wereldbe-roemde vader Totilas te treden. Hij maakt indruk met zowel zijn werkwilligheid en po-sitieve instelling, als met zijn drie uitstekende gangen. Men kan deze omschrijven als licht-voetig, maar ook krachtig. GLOCK’s Trafalgar overtuigt met zijn mooie bewegingsafloop, zijn balans en zijn zelfhouding. In 2016 won de bloedmooie GLOCK’s Trafalgar de Heng-stencompetitie in de klasse L. In de zomer van 2018 eindigde GLOCK’s Trafalgar op de vijfde plaats in het totaalklassement van de Pavo Cup voor zesjarige dressuurpaarden en was hij de op één na beste hengst. Zijn halfbroer GLOCK’s Total US pakte daar de overwinning.
GLOCK’s Trafalgar is inmiddels afgericht op Lichte Tour niveau. Zijn nazaten zijn net zo veelbelovend als de gitzwarte Totilas-nako-meling zelf. Er werden in 2019 verschillende nakomelingen van hem geveild. Eén daarvan werd op de Equine Elite geveild voor maar liefst 95.000 euro.
Vader Totilas was drievoudig wereldkam-pioen, brak onder Edward Gal drie wereld-records, leidde de dressuursport naar een onvoorstelbare populariteit en zette ook in de fokkerij topresultaten neer. Zijn moeder Paola stamt af van Lord Loxley (Lord Sin-clair x Weltmeyer). Grootmoeder Poetin II is een volle zus van Poetin, de legendarische kampioene bij de Wereldkampioenschappen jonge dressuurpaarden van 2003 in Verden. Overgrootmoeder Poesie is een dochter van Brentano II en een fokmerrie met zeer goede genen. Van haar stammen de vijf volle broers Samba Hit I t/m V af. Deze hengsten zijn bij diverse stamboeken goedgekeurd. Ook is zij de grootmoeder van de bekende hengst Quaterback. De kinderen van GLOCK’s Trafalgar zijn eveneens veelbelovend.

GLOCK’s Trafalgar combines all the nec-essary ingredients to follow his renowned sire Totilas. He is highly appreciated for his willingness and outstanding basic gaits. GLOCK’s Victorio Grande is een bloedmooie lang-gelijnde premiehengst die in 2019 in Hannover werd gekeurd. Deze Vitalis zoon, gefokt door Katrin Lüder-Kratzberg (Hildes-heim, DE) heeft veel maat en toont krachtige bewegingen en een zeer mooi voorbeen-gebruik, met veel schoudervrijheid en knie. Dit gaat gepaard met een krachtig en on-dertredend achterbeen. Hierin behoud deze hengst altijd zijn ruggebruik en beweegt hij zowel in draf als in galop opwaarts met veel souplesse en ruimte. In de stap heeft hij ruim-te en een goede regelmaat. Deze jeugdige hengst loopt ook met opvallend veel afdruk en balans.
De moeder van GLOCK’s Victorio Grande, Black Baccara K, komende uit de moeder-lijn van Adadonda is de opvallende kampi-oens-merrie op de Hannoveraanse merrie-keuring in 2016. This sleek bay son of Vitalis, bred by Katrin Lüder-Kratzberg (Hildesheim, DE), exhibits powerful move-ments, is blessed with a great deal of knee action and knows how to apply them through a swinging back. His graceful walk is well extended, in the trot and canter he exhibits powerful drive from the hindquarters and moves with a great deal of elasticity, his body full of verve.
The dam of GLOCK’s Victorio Grande, Black Baccara K, came from the mare line of Adadonda and was the much-celebrat-ed winning mare of the renowned von der Decken Show, 2016. Damsire Bon Bravour is a Dutch horse of very interesting breeding, who has passed on to his offspring extremely high rideability scores, willingness to perform and elasticity.
His sire, Vitalis, is the first licensed stal-lion of the Dutch HLP Reserve Champion, Vivaldi. In 2009 he was Reserve Champion of the NRW licensing in Münster-Handorf, whilst also achieving placings at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden in both 2012 and 2013. Al bij zijn debuut, op het internationale toneel, tijdens Indoor Brabant 2015, fascineerde de toen zevenjarige GLOCK’s Zonik N.O.P. en won de Lichte Tour met ruim 78%. In de zo-mer van 2016 werd hij kampioen in de Lich-te Tour, met een indrukwekkende score van 81,70%. Al op vierjarige leeftijd overtuigde de zoon van de beroemde Zack op het Deen-se kampioenschap voor dressuurpaarden en won met een 9,3, waarbij de draf met een 10 beoordeeld werd. Eerder al op de hengstkeu-ring in Denemarken kwam GLOCK’s Zonik als winnaar uit de bus. GLOCK’s Zonik kenmerkt zich door kracht, elasticiteit en schwung in zijn bewegingen en maakt indruk met zijn ko-ninklijke houding.
GLOCK’s Zonik maakte in de zomer van 2017 zijn debuut op het hoogste niveau en onder Edward Gal werd hij drie jaar op rij Ne-derlands kampioen. Internationaal timmert GLOCK’s Zonik al een tijdje aan de weg, met topprestaties in wereldbekerwedstrijden en maakte hij al tweemaal deel uit van het Neder-landse team, op het WK (Tryon 2018) en het EK (2019 Rotterdam). Hier leverde hij een gro-te bijdrage aan het team zilver. Tijdens Jum-ping Amsterdam 2020 scoorde de combinatie voor het eerst boven de 85%. GLOCK’s Zo-nik draagt dan ook terecht het achtervoegsel N.O.P. (Nederlands Olympiade Paard).
Ook zijn kinderen doen het opvallend goed. Zij tonen veel ruimte en kracht in hun beweging en hebben een atletische li-chaamsbouw. Zoon Zum Glück RS2 won het goud op het Bundeschampionat in 2019. Halfbroer My Blue Hors Santiano (Sezuan x Romanov) werd tijdens het najaarsonderzoek goedge-keurd met 87,5 punten.
Vader van GLOCK’s Zonik, Zack (v. Rous-seau) was zowel KWPN als Deens kampioen en won het Deense kampioenschap met een gemiddelde score van 9,22 punten. Inmid-dels heeft Zack meer dan twintig goedge-keurde zonen.

GLOCK’s Zonik N.O.P. already thrilled the spectators at his debut in 2015 (Indoor Bra-bant) as a 7-year-old, winning the Small Tour with over 78% and he took the Small Tour in the 2016 Dutch Championships (81.70%). As a 4-year-old, he was impressive at the Dan-ish Dressage Championships and won with a total of 9.3 points - his trot was awarded a 10. GLOCK’s Zonik also won the Danish Stallion Licensing. He stands out for his power, elas-ticity and impulsion and his natural elevation.
GLOCK’s Zonik N.O.P. made his int. de-but under Edward Gal in the summer of 2017 and became Dutch champion for three years in a row. This strong-moving stallion achieved top results through great performances at the Dressage World Cup. In 2018 he com-peted in his first World Cup final and was in the Dutch team both at the World Equestri-an Games (Tryon 2018) and the European Championships (Rotterdam 2019) where he contributed significantly to the team silver medal through his great performance. In 2020, during Jumping Amsterdam 2020, he scored for the first time above 85%. Conse-quently GLOCK’s Zonik has the suffix N.O.P. (Nederlands Olympiade Paard).
His offspring exhibit great generosi-ty and strength of movement and possess athletic proportions combined with ideal size. His progeny Zucchero and Zum Glück RS2 were first and third at the Bundescham-pionat (Warendorf 2018). Zucchero, who died in February 2020, was fourth in the World Breeding Dressage Championships for 5-year-old Dressage Horses in Ermelo. In 2019, Zucchero became the outstanding World Champion. Another son of GLOCK’s Zonik, Zhaplin Langholt, took third place and Zum Glück RS2 won the “Bundeschampion-at” (Warendorf 2019). Half-brother My Blue Hors Santiano (Sezuan x Romanov) was ap-proved during the autumn stallion test with 87.5 points. His father Zack (by Rousseau) was both a KWPN and Danish champion stallion and won the Danish Championships with an average of 9.22 points. Zack has now sired more than twenty licensed sons.

Bereits bei seinem Debüt 2015 (Indoor Bra-bant) begeisterte der damals siebenjährige GLOCK’s Zonik N.O.P. und gewann mit über 78 % die Kl. Tour. 2016 entschied er die Nie-derländischen Meisterschaften Kl. Tour mit beeindruckenden 81,70 % für sich. Als Vier-jähriger bestach er bei den Dänischen Dres-surpferde Meisterschaften und siegte mit insgesamt 9,3 Punkten, wobei der Trab mit 10,0 benotet wurde. Auch bei der dänischen Hengstkörung ging GLOCK’s Zonik als Sieger hervor. Er zeichnet sich durch Kraft, Elastizität und Schwung in seinen Bewegungen aus und besticht mit seiner natürlichen Aufrichtung.
GLOCK’s Zonik N.O.P. gab im Sommer 2017 unter Edward Gal sein int. Turnierde-büt und wurde drei Jahre in Folge nieder-ländischer Meister. Der bewegungsstarke Hengst holte mit Spitzenleistungen im Dres-sur Weltcup Top-Resultate. Er bestritt 2018 sein erstes Weltcupfinale und war sowohl bei Weltreiterspielen (Tryon 2018) als auch bei Europameisterschaften (Rotterdam 2019) Teil der niederländischen Equipe, wo er mit seiner grandiosen Leistung maßgeblich zu Team-Sil-ber beitrug. 2020 scorte er im Rahmen von Jumping Amsterdam erstmals über 85 %. GLOCK’s Zonik trägt daher das Suffix N.O.P. (Niederländisches Olympisches Pferd).
Seine Nachkommen zeigen viel Raum, Kraft in der Bewegung, ideale Größe und einen athletischen Körperbau. So belegten Zucchero und Zum Glück beim Bundescham-pionat (Warendorf 2018) den ersten und drit-ten Platz. Article 1 – General1.1 These Stud Terms and Conditions apply to all breeding contracts, offers (including but not exclusively via advertisements and/or brochures) and assignments between GLOCK HPC NL as stallion owner, hereinafter called ‘GLOCK HPC NL’ and the proprietor/owner of the mare to be inseminated, hereinafter to be called the ‘Mare Owner’.
1.2 If the contract is made at a distance with a Mare Owner who is a Consumer, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be sent electronically to the Consumer in such manner that the Consumer can easily store the Terms and Conditions on a permanent data carrier. If this is not reasonably possible, before the Contract is made at a distance, it will be indicated where the Terms and Conditions can be inspected electronically and that on the Consumer's request they can be sent electronically or some other way free of charge.
1.3 The breeding contract between GLOCK HPC NL and the Mare Owner is a contract for services as referred to in Title 7 Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code (DCC). The obligation which GLOCK HPC NL takes on with regard to the Mare Owner, is an obligation of endeavours and thus not an obligation of results.
1.4 Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only applicable if they have been agreed in writing between GLOCK HPC NL and the Mare Owner.
1.5 If deviations from these Stud Terms and Conditions have been agreed, the Mare Owner cannot derive any rights therefrom with regard to future agreements with GLOCK HPC NL.
1.6 If a (part of a) provision of these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full effect. In addition, the provisions which have been declared void will be replaced by a reasonable alternative.
1.7 GLOCK HPC NL will not accept any requests or orders for natural covering, but only for fresh or frozen semen.
1.8 The insemination of the mare is never carried out by GLOCK HPC NL, nor by a person acting on instruction of or under the responsibility of GLOCK HPC NL. Nor will insemination take place on premises of GLOCK HPC NL. Insemination will be carried out by and under the responsibility of the Mare Owner.
1.9 The export procedure for Horses, Horse Semen and Horse Embryos of the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority applies to the delivery of orders to Mare Owners outside of the Netherlands.
Article 2 – Special definitions2.1 Semen: the fluid containing sperm cells produced by the stallions which GLOCK HPC NL offers for covering, in these terms also called the ‘product’.
2.2 Mare Owner: proprietor and/or owner of a mare which is inseminated by the semen of a stallion made available by GLOCK HPC NL.
2.3 CEM infection: Contagious Equine Metritis, contagious uterine inflammation in horses.
2.4 EVA: Equine Viral Arteritis, contagious respiratory disease.
2.5 WFFS gene: Warmblood Fragile Foal Syndrome gene, genetic disorder in warmblood foals.
2.6 Stud fee: divided into fixed costs (€ 250 excluding VAT).
2.7 Non-gestation discount: If a mare is not pregnant at the end of the season (September), the owner can receive a non-gestation discount. The gestation charge part of the stud fee will then be returned. This amount will only be returned if the full stud fee including costs has already been paid.
Article 3 – Offer3.1. Any quote and any offer, stallion brochure or advertisement of GLOCK HPC NL is without commitment unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Any quote and any offer is valid for a period of 30 days, unless otherwise indicated.
3.3. In the event of a quote or offer which is without commitment GLOCK HPC NL has the right to revoke this quote or offer at latest within 2 working days after receipt of the acceptance. GLOCK HPC NL is at all times, for whatever reason, entitled to no longer offer a stallion for covering.
3.4. A quote or offer will lapse if the product to which the quote or the offer relates can no longer be delivered.
3.5. If the acceptance deviates – including on subordinate points – from the provisions in the offer, GLOCK HPC NL is not bound by the acceptance. The contract will then not be made in accordance with this deviating acceptance, unless GLOCK HPC NL agrees to such in writing.
Article 4 – Making of the contract4.1. The contract is made by full acceptance of the offer by the Mare Owner, taking account of Article 3.5.
4.2. Acceptance takes place by the Mare Owner placing an order or request by telephone contact with GLOCK HPC NL in the event of a domestic order - this also applies if the Mare Owner has the order placed by means of an agent** – or via www.spermabestellen.nu if the matter concerns an order from outside the Netherlands.
4.3. Only in the case of an electronic order will GLOCK HPC NL electronically confirm the receipt of the acceptance of the offer by return. The Mare Owner can revoke his acceptance up to the time of receipt of the acceptance.
4.4. The contract will also be made after GLOCK HPC NL has accepted an assignment from the Mare Owner in writing, or if GLOCK HPC NL – without objection of the Mare Owner – has started the actual performance of the contract.
Article 5 – The Mare Owner's duty to provide information5.1. Prior to the first insemination of the mare the pedigree and passport details of the mare to be inseminated and the name and address details of the owner of this mare must have been provided to GLOCK HPC NL in writing. As long as the Mare Owner does not provide this information, GLOCK HPC NL is not obliged to provide the semen.
5.2. In addition, when presenting the mare for first cover/insemination, the Mare Owner must inform GLOCK HPC NL about:
a. covering and/or inseminations in prior years or the current breeding season, domestically and abroad;
b. a possible CEM suspicion in relation to the mare;
c. the fact that the mare may be suspected of having other infections which can be transmitted by genital contact.
Article 6 – Registration of covers and inseminationsGLOCK HPC NL is obliged to record all covers or inseminations and all subsequent covers or subse-quent inseminations in the manner prescribed by the Studbook.
Article 7 – Necessary details & processing of personal data7.1 The Mare Owner states by accepting these general terms and conditions to have explicitly granted consent for the registration of his personal data – as well as details regarding his mare – by GLOCK HPC NL.
7.2 GLOCK HPC NL is bound to protect data pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as of the time that the personal data have come into its possession until the time that the personal data can be destroyed.
7.3 GLOCK HPC NL will never share data with third parties without the explicit written consent of the Mare Owner, unless it is obliged to do so under the law or the nature of a specific assignment to GLOCK HPC NL makes such necessary.
7.4 During the handling of the matter the personal data will be held as carefully as possible at the office of GLOCK HPC NL and will only be moved if proper handling of the file requires such. If the physical file is located outside of the office of GLOCK HPC NL, GLOCK HPC NL will take the necessary care to prevent loss or wrongful processing of personal data.
7.5 GLOCK HPC NL will store files and personal data both internally and externally during the statuto-ry storage period. GLOCK HPC NL will treat the storage and processing of the files carefully. If GLOCK HPC NL makes use of third parties for the storage of data, GLOCK HPC NL will impose an obligation on the third party to assure at least the same level of security.
7.6 Other information – including the rights of the user – relating to the processing of personal data by GLOCK HPC NL is set out in the GLOCK HPC NL ‘privacy statement’. This privacy statement can be found on the GLOCK HPC NL website: www.ghpc.at / data privacy.
Article 8 – Duration of the breeding seasonThe breeding season runs from 1 March up to and including 15 August of a calendar year. In connection with sporting events GLOCK HPC NL is entitled to deviate from this period.
Article 9 – Stud fees9.1 All stud fees are per pregnancy exclusive of VAT, exclusive of transport costs, pedigree costs and other charges and exclusive of costs which GLOCK HPC NL makes in the interests of the performance of the contract, unless GLOCK HPC NL has indicated otherwise. Costs which are made in relation to the regulations of the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority are also at the Mare Owner's expense.
9.2 Payment of the entire stud fee and the additional costs and charges must be made immediately upon ordering, or within 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
9.3 After the expiry of the payment term the Mare Owner will be in default. After the expiry of said date

GLOCK HPC NL will send a reminder and will give the Mare Owner the opportunity to make payment within 14 days after receipt of this reminder. The Mare Owner will then owe an amount in statutory interest to GLOCK HPC NL.
9.4 If payment is still not made after a reminder by GLOCK HPC NL, GLOCK HPC NL also has the right to charge the Mare Owner extrajudicial debt collection costs. These extrajudicial debt collection costs will be calculated on the basis of the Sliding Scale for Extrajudicial Debt Collection Costs (BIK) pursuant to the Decision on the Standardisation of Debt Collection Costs.
9.5 If the mare is sold after the first or a subsequent insemination the Mare Owner remains at all times obliged to pay the stud fee.
9.6 If the Mare Owner cancels an order which has been placed in whole or in part, the goods ordered or made ready therefor and the working time reserved for the performance of the contract will be charged to the Mare Owner in full. This provision does not apply if the Mare Owner is a consumer and there is a distance contract as referred to in Article 6:230g(1)(e) DCC.
Article 10 – Non-gestation discountThe Mare Owner will pay the entire stud fee within the term stipulated in Article 9(2). If the Mare Owner demonstrates by means of a written certificate from a veterinarian at latest on 1 October of the same season that the mare in question is not pregnant, the Mare Owner will be repaid the “gestation charge” part of the stud fee which has been paid + VAT. In the event no such certificate is presented the non-gestation discount will be cancelled.
Article 11 – More than one foal11.1 GLOCK HPC NL does not sell ‘separate straws of semen’, but only a pregnancy per mare.
11.2 If several foals were to nevertheless come from one insemination, a stud fee is owed per live born foal.
11.3 In the event there is a situation as referred to in paragraph 2 of this article, the Mare Owner is obliged to report this to GLOCK HPC NL. If the Mare Owner does not perform this obligation, GLOCK HPC NL will have a claim on the Mare Owner for the full stud fee which applies in the year of the birth of the foal, without discount.
Article 12 – Embryo transplant and ICSI12.1 The use of the (frozen) semen for embryo transplant and/or ICSI is only permitted on appoint-ment.
12.2 If the Mare Owner orders the semen with the goal of carrying out embryo transplant or ICSI with the semen, the Mare Owner must notify GLOCK HPC NL thereof prior to the placing of an order or the making of a request.
12.3 A stud fee will be charged to the Mare Owner per successful embryo and/or ICSI. The Mare Owner is obliged to notify GLOCK HPC NL of the number of successful embryos and/or ICSIs. If the Mare Owner does not perform this obligation, GLOCK HPC NL will have a claim on the Mare Owner for the entire stud fee which applied in the year of the birth of the foal/embryo in question, without discount. An embryo or ICSI is deemed successful when a pregnancy lasts at least 9 weeks.
12.4 The Mare Owner must present GLOCK HPC NL with an overview of the number of successful embryos and/or ICSIs per mare which has been prepared and signed by the officially recognised vet-erinarian of the ET centre before the end of the breeding season. If the embryo transplant or ICSI has not been successful, this overview will be deemed a non-gestation certificate.
Article 13 – Other provisions regarding (frozen) semen13.1 Unused straws will at all times remain the property of GLOCK HPC NL. In the event a straw is not used, it must be sent back to GLOCK HPC NL at the end of the breeding season. The shipping costs of the return shipment are at the Mare Owner's expense.
13.2 The Mare Owner is never entitled to pass on or resell the semen to third parties, or to use it for non-identified mares.
13.3 If the Mare Owner does not perform the obligation under this article, per breach the penalty will be payment by the Mare Owner to GLOCK HPC NL of an immediately due penalty in the full amount of the stud fee.
Article 14 – Orders14.1 Orders within the Netherlands can be placed daily until 9:30 a.m.
14.2 For international orders, an order must be placed the day prior to the carrying out of the order, at the latest up to 08:00 a.m. on the day of carrying out of the order.
14.3 Requests or orders within the Netherlands are by telephone.
14.4 If an order cannot be carried out, GLOCK HPC NL will notify the Mare Owner thereof as quickly as possible.
Article 15 – Delivery15.1 Before GLOCK HPC NL proceeds to deliver the semen, the Mare Owner must provide the nec-essary details of both the Mare Owner and the mare, as laid down in Article 5 of these Terms and Conditions, to GLOCK HPC NL before a request or order can be taken into consideration.
15.2 The Mare Owner can give both his address and the address of a third party as the delivery address.
15.3 GLOCK HPC NL will engage an external courier for the delivery of the semen.
15.4 Dispatch on Sundays and public holidays is subject to regional limitations.
15.5 In the weekends and on public holidays there will be no delivery abroad.
Article 16 – Failure to comply with the cover obligationIf GLOCK HPC NL cannot perform the cover or the insemination obligation relating to the mare because:
a. a veterinarian who is “Equine Veterinarian AI” qualified has determined that the desired semen is of inadequate quality; or
b. the semen is not available during the optimal time of cover or within 24 hours thereafter,
the Mare Owner is entitled to choose another stallion of the same stud fee category. If the Mare Owner opts for a stallion which is not available at GLOCK HPC NL, GLOCK HPC NL will repay the stud fee within 14 days, provided it has already been paid.
Article 17 – Liability17.1 GLOCK HPC NL is not in any way liable for loss, illness and/or injury to humans and animals
caused by its service or by use or application of the product.
17.2 GLOCK HPC NL excludes any liability for any form of loss with regard to the Mare Owner. This
17.3 explicitly includes any possible loss which the Mare Owner has suffered or will suffer as a direct or indirect consequence of a CEM and/or EVA infection of his or her mare.
17.4 If there is loss, GLOCK HPC NL is only liable for direct loss. Any liability of GLOCK HPC NL for consequential loss or loss due to delay is explicitly excluded.
17.5 GLOCK HPC NL's obligation to pay compensation is at all times limited to a maximum of the invoice amount paid to GLOCK HPC NL or a maximum of the amount that its insurer pays out in that case. If the insurer does not pay out or the loss does not fall under the insurance which has been taken out, the obligation to pay compensation is in any event limited to a maximum of the invoice amount of the order which caused the loss.
17.6 GLOCK HPC NL is never liable for compensation to third parties. The Mare Owner indemnifies GLOCK HPC NL against any loss which is suffered by third parties.
17.7 GLOCK HPC NL is explicitly not liable for, for whatever reason, not being able to deliver semen, the late arrival of the semen and/or damage to the product.
17.8 The limitations of liability laid down in this article do not apply if the loss is due to intent and/or recklessness of GLOCK HPC NL or the managerial personnel.
Article 18 – Force majeure18.1 Force majeure means: any shortcoming in the performance which cannot be attributed to GLOCK HPC NL, because such shortcoming is not attributable to fault on the part of GLOCK HPC NL nor should such be at its expense pursuant to the law, legal transactions or common (legal) views.
18.2 In the event of force majeure, GLOCK HPC NL reserves the right to suspend the Mare Owner's order, or to terminate the Contract without judicial intervention, by means of a written statement by letter or by e-mail.
18.3 Loss arising as a result of force majeure cannot be attributed to GLOCK HPC NL.
Article 19 – Cooling-off period for consumer purchaseIn view of the fact that the semen is a perishable commodity, the Mare Owner is not entitled to revoke and consequently a cooling-off period within the meaning of the Dutch Distance Selling Act does not apply.
Article 20 – Complaints procedure20.1 GLOCK HPC NL handles complaints in accordance with its complaints procedure.
Complaints regarding the performance of the contract must be presented to GLOCK HPC NL within 14 days after the Mare Owner discovered the defects, clearly described in full.
20.2 Complaints presented to GLOCK HPC NL will be answered within a term of 14 days as of the date of receipt. If it is foreseeable that a complaint will require a longer period of time to be dealt with, GLOCK HPC NL will answer within the term of 14 days with a notice of receipt and an indication when the Mare Owner can expect a more detailed answer.
20.3 Mare Owner must in any event give GLOCK HPC NL 4 weeks time to resolve the complaint in consultation. After this term a dispute will exist which is eligible for dispute resolution. This provision does not apply if the Mare Owner is not a consumer.
Article 21 – Disputes21.1 All disputes ensuing from or connected with a legal relationship between the parties to which these Stud Terms and Conditions apply, will at first instance exclusively be adjudicated by the compe-tent Dutch court of the District Court of Gelderland.
21.2 These Stud Terms and Conditions and all breeding contracts are governed by Dutch law.
Article 22 – TranslationsIf there is a difference between translations of these Additional Stud Terms and Conditions and the Dutch text of these Additional Terms and Conditions, the Dutch text will prevail.
