DAMAGETOPROPERTY:Exhibitorsareliableforanydamagecausedtothebuilding,floors,walls,andcolumnsinandaroundtheexhibitproperty.Tape,pins,thumbtacksofanykindwillnotbepermittedforhangingmaterialsonwallsordrape.PleasemakeotherarrangementsorbringShooks.Pleasecleanupafteryouranimal.

FIRESAFETYANDHEALTH:TheExhibitoragreestoacceptfullresponsibilityforcompliancewithlocal,cityandstatefire,safetyandhealthordinancesregardingtheinstallationandoperationofequipment.

EXHIBITSPACE:Forevery10x10exhibitspaceyou’llreceivean8ftdrapedtable,2chairs,10footpipeanddrapebackdrop,siderailings(IslandspaceswillnotreceiveP&D).Electricaloutletsareavailableuponrequestandforanadditionalcharge,whichmustbepaidinadvance.Electricitymustbenotedaheadoftimeforplacementpurposes.Ifelectricityisrequestedonsitetherewillbeanadditional$71chargethatmustbepaidbeforeyouconnect.
