Work History including BSR Coating Contracts Mactech Inspection / Pipeline Induction Heat Coating Inspector, Q.C.Moho Nord Project, Technip / TOTALG1200 Pipe laying Vessel Congo August/10/2015 - Present Duties to witness all blasting and coating procedures are followed to achieve the aim of the pre-production trial (PPT). To ensure that the proposed materials, equipment, parameters and sequences meet the Project specification in the production environment. To ensure that FJC pre - production tests meet the consistency of all the FJC equipment. All trials in the procedure qualification trial are being conducted and witnessed aboard the G1200 pipe lay vessel. On completion I am to oversee the field joint coating inspection activities during production to verify compliance with specifications and procedures, by monitoring all procedures for surface preparation and application of the coating system. I am to carry out daily tests to ensure all quality procedures and standards meet the requirements of the I.T.P. and all inspection activities are carried out as per approved specifications with any required repairs to field joints and /or line pipe coating

EMAS AMC Coating Inspector, Q.C. Iver Aasen Development Project, EMAS AMC / Det Norske Halsvik Spool base Gulen, Norway April/ 12/2015 – June/16/2015 Duties I witnessed all blasting and coating procedures were followed to achieve the aim of the pre-production trial (PPT). I ensured the proposed materials, equipment, parameters and sequences met the Project specification in the production environment. All trials in the procedure qualification trial were conducted and witnessed at the clients facilities located in EMAS Marine Base, Gulen, Norway. On completion I oversaw the field joint coating inspection activities during production. I ensured all inspection activities were carried out as per approved specifications and all quality procedures and standards met the requirements of the I.T.P. I also prepared all daily reports, Q.S.R.s N.C.R.s and all relevant documents for the QA/QC Co-ordinator.

Mactech Inspection / Pipeline Induction Heat Coating Inspector, Q.C. Southstream Project, Saipem / Southstream Burgas Port Bulgaria Sep 2014 - April 2014 Duties I monitored all blasting and coating procedures for surface preparation and application of the coating system ,on 32”quad joints and also monitored quality control on sacrificial anode installation station, with any required repairs to field joints and /or line pipe coating. I carried out all daily test requirement, and I ensured all procedures for surface preparation and application of the coating system were carried out as per approved specifications and all quality procedures and standards met the requirements and the acceptance criteria of the I.T.P. I prepared all relevant documents including daily reports for the QA/QC Co-ordinator B.S. RAMCO Internal / External Coatings Chargehand & Q.C. Inspection TATA Steel, Brenda Road Hartlepool, Cleveland 06/1997 to 10/2005Duties I directed and supervised labour within the internal coatings plant, the external blasting bench, and the external coatings bench. I witnessed all laboratory testing and technical liaison with quality control personnel, ensuring all procedures were adhered to during production. (F.B.E., PP, PE) I was also required to monitor quality control on numerous load outs of coated and bare steel pipe from shore to ship at Hartlepool deep water berth I monitored the health, safety and welfare of operatives and labour, I ensured all procedures and inspection activities were carried out as per approved specifications and all quality procedures and
