    Law was established to protect, punishand deter. In the very early times ofhumanity, law was imposed to punishthe offender. As time goes on and

    ethics became involved, punishmenthas evolved into not only thepunishment itself but alsorehabilitation. The law was created toprotect the people living under it ineach respective society. There areInternational Laws that are created byparticipating countries and those lawsare generally very broad because again,every society has different views onwhat the law should be. The law is

    supposed to uphold societal standardsand support the interest of the peoplewho live under it. Laws evolved by theAuthority to govern the subjects so thatthere would be peace.

    Understanding the law

    means understanding variouskinds of rules that guide ourconduct and how society is

    empowered to enforce them,whether criminal and/or civilcases. The rules themselvesmay be found in a number ofplaces: constitution, statutespassed by the Congress,rules of administrative

    the court." This means that,though the lawyer issupposed to represent theclient, an underlying dutybinds the lawyer to the legalsystem itself. This dutyincludes rules of courtetiquette and deference to

    judges.

    I want to become alawyer

    because I want tomake a difference and do

    something worthwhile.Personally, I find the fieldof Law to be quitefascinating. I enjoy a good

    logical challenge and lawseems to be a good careerarea for my talents.

    Nobody influenced me,

    to fulfill thedream of my familyand my very own
