Families with more than one registered player have the opportunity to have one picture taken of their siblings. You will receive one complimentary 4 x 6 picture included with your “memory mate” If you would like additional prints please indicate “siblings” beside any item you wouldlike on the order form below.

Each coach will receive a complimentary 4 x 6picture of themselves with their child/player.

This will be taken right after the players individual picture is taken. Please be ready for this if you wanta picture done together.

Each player will receive a “memory mate” paid for by the hockey association.

Siblings Coach Player

Bantam & Midget Players that choose to stand up with their stick beside them will have their picture taken from below the knees and up (half body). The same for teams that choose to wear a shirt and tie under their jersey with black slacks and black shoes. Please bring your sticks and gloves.

Attn: Goalies If your team chooses to where dress clothes feel free to bring your pads, skates, etc. for your individual picture, for a full body shot. You can take your pads and skates off for the team picture. Your choice !
