1. AlignthepoweredMLV41-54-Gtoitsreflectorwithpotentiometerinitsdefaultsettingat“N”.TheyellowLEDshouldbeonsolid,indicatinglightisreceivedfromthereflectorwithadequateexcessgain.Thesensorcandetectopaqueobjectsinthis“N”mode.

2. TurnthepotentiometerfromNtoTandwaitapproximately2secondsuntiltheyellowandgreenLEDsflash(2.5Hz).

3. (a.)Ifprogrammingbypotentiometerisdesired,turnthepotentiometertoeitherI,II,orIIIdependingonthecontrastdesired.(Referto“ModesSelectedbyPotentiometer”chart.)
