Prices

Package prices are valid until December 2018.

All prices are subject to change.

A 15% surcharge is applicable on all public holidays.

Payment Conditions

We are happy to hold a tentative booking for a period of 48 hours, credit

card details required. To secure your booking, we require;

A $1000 deposit for a Piazza Function.

The balance of the full payment is to be paid on the day or can be pre-paid via

Credit Card.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• Within four weeks from date of function: 50% of deposit is withheld

• Within two weeks from date of function: 100% of deposit is withheld

Montalto requires your final numbers to be provided on confirmation one

week prior to your event. Any reductions in numbers after this time are non-

refundable.

Menu

Montalto’s menu focuses on fresh garden produce. If for any reason we are

unable to provide the agreed garnishes, we will discuss suitable alternatives

with you.

Dietary Requirements

Montalto can cater for dietary requirements that are advised at the time of

confirmation of the Event Order. Requests on the night cannot be catered

for, we do not cater for preferences.

Children’s Meals

Children are excluded from the minimum number of guests required to

book the Piazza. Children’s meals can be organised prior to the event with

the Event Coordinator.

important information Music

Montalto has significant noise restrictions that prevent us from having any

music amplified within the Piazza after 8pm.

iPod connectivity is available for background music after 8pm.

Decorations and Arrangements

Decorations need to meet our OHS requirements, please advise intended

plan prior to the event.

Decorations can be erected 1.5 hours prior to the event and must be

packed down 1 hour after the event finishes.

Any decorations left overnight must be picked up by 10am the following day

as we have limited storage. Montalto is not responsible for any decorations

left on site after this time.

Arrival/ Departure times

Montalto Piazza is unable to service your guests prior to or after your

function times. Montalto requires all guests to have left the premise no later

than half an hour after your event has concluded.

Transport

Red Hill is classed as a rural area and it is strongly advised you do not rely

on Taxi services. If you or your guests require transport please refer to our

preferred suppliers list.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in or within 10 metres of the buildings.

Lost Property and Damages

You will be held financially responsible for any damage incurred by your

guests or third part contractors. This includes any damage done to the

building, sculptures, vines, furniture or equipment. You will be charged

either the cost of repair or replacement.
