Picadillo Tostada

Ingredients1 lb. ground meat (beef or pork)1 orange, juice only2 carrots2 potatoes 4 pz. green onion,peeled, chopped 2 tsp. Chef Merito® Fajita Seasoning ½ tsp. Chef Merito® Garlic Powder1 can peas

Preparation In a saucepan add ground beef, season with Chef Merito® Fajitas Seasoning and Chef Merito® Garlic Powder. Add orange juice and cook for 10 min. Stir in cubed carrots and potatoes cook for 5 min. Add peas, green onion and sprinkle Chef Merito® Fajita Seasoning.

To decorate Add to your tostada shredded lettuce, tomato, onion and grated cheese.
