We lose applicants quite often. How do we manage licenses in this situation?We only count number of active users at any given time. When your corporate admin flags a user as “inactive”, we will remove that user from your pool. That user will be given an opportunity to complete payment to be an active profile.

We would like to have complete rights to a particular design. We can certainly offer you full rights to a particular design. Pricing, contracts are available for negotiation.

Do you share our user information outside your firm?No. We don’t share any of our user’s personal identifiable information. It is up to the user to show their relevant information in their visual resume

What uptime guarantee your offer to your website?We are offering 99.999% uptime availability for our website. In near future, we are migrating to dedicated servers to maximize availability.

Is this a monthly recurring fee?There is no additional monthly fee. Only specific package price is applied.

Can PictoCv be integrated with our applicant tracking system?Unfortunately, the answer is “No” for individual visual resumes. However, we may be able to offer an API to integrate with your ATS systems (we need further discussions to understand requirements).

Does every saved resumes considered as one user?By design, every user ID (login) can store one visual resume. However, the user can modify the theme and generate multiple designs.

If we need to edit a resume of an inactive user how do we do it?“Inactive User” of your company may be still be active in our system. Once you let us know a user is no longer with your firm, we can assist you in managing your licenses accordingly.
