Eléa Estate Wins World’s Best Leisure Development Award
Eléa Estate in Paphos, Cyprus clinched the very top award of ‘Best International Leisure
Development’ at the International Residential Property Awards 2011, in association with Bloomberg
Television and Google, after competing head to head with regional finalists from around the globe.
Coming together on Monday 12th December at The Savoy hotel for a grand gala dinner and the
much awaited announcement of the ultimate World’s Best winners were top scoring international
architects, estate agents and interior designers. Eléa Estate fended off tough competition in this
much coveted category and was presented with the award for Best Leisure Development by Dina
Najia (Head of Marketing) of Bloomberg Television and Stuart Shields (Chairman) of International
Property Awards.

Recent award-winning Faldo Design projects include Eléa Estate in Cyprus (voted ‘Best European
Golf Development’ in 2011 at the European Property Awards). Also Elea Estate was awarded the
