PIPECOATER-I tools is designed to coat the inside of pipe or tubing without the need to rotate pipe or tubing and toapplyanevenpaintfilmthicknessthroughout.Generally,anytypeofcoatingmaybeusedinthistoolthatcan beairlesssprayed.Toobtainthebestpossibleproduction,onemanshouldoperatetheControlGunwhileanother manpullsthetoolthroughthepipeortubing.

TheAirblastPipecoaterprovidesaninnovativeandefficientsolutionforapplyingpainttotheinsideofpipe,tubing orothercylindricalstructures.WiththePipecoater,youcanapplyauniformlayerofpaintatremarkablespeed.

ThePipecoaterItoolisavailableinfourpackagestosuitjobswithdifferinglengthsofpipes:2,4,6or12mtrs. Sixsizesofspraytipareavailable,rangingfrom.018”to.043’tosuitthespecifiedcoating.
