Adult Population in Upstate far exceeds national average in %age holding a College Degree
Average wages in the same region have dropped to 31st in the nation for personal income
We hold more degrees but earn far less
In the last 10 years, we've seen less than a 2% increase in average wages.

Policy Proposal: Property Tax
• Develop a competitive workforce environment with other regions and states
