Coating design maximum operating temperature
Based on Note #24, it is stated that coating designed for maximum operating temperature is 70⁰C but it is different compare to temperature stated in equipment maximum operating temperature
It should reflect to maximum design temperature @ 83⁰C for aboveground components and 75⁰C for buried components
Report for welding and NDT shall be approved by 3rd parties
As per SOC requirements, all reports related to welding and NDT shall be approved by 3rd parties registered with SOC. Thus, this will imposed additional time and cost or it may come as HOLD point on site progress especially where testing require welding & NDT report
Thickness Measurement Plan Baseline Survey
PMT to revise the base total points approximately 100 points
Approved 3rd party by SOC
It is stated that the required inspection shall be performed by qualified 3rd pary inspectors emloyed by CONTRACTOR and duly approved by PCIHBV but none mentioned on approved 3rd party approved by SOC
