Got the scope of managing 2000 unskilled and skilled force, 10000 MT per day of logistics movement, procurement of bulk and plant requirement, handling inbound and outbound logistics, good public relation at all levels (never had any unsatisfied junior), overall management in manufacturing, trading and export concern.

Scope of Work
Overall Administration of the plant including manpower.
Maintaining proper track of Production and see to it that all hindrances in achieving the set targets is kept in check and the maximum possible target is achieved. Best use of Six Sigma to stop repetition of problems.
Proper system generation for checking all inbound and outbound logistic. Maintain proper dispatch schedule in coordination with Production, Sales and Material Department. Proper time management of inbound and schedule dispatches. Strong control in road and rail logistics for bulk and plant dispatches.
Inventory Management with reduced inventory levels. Timely information for all procurement. Proper tracking of quality and quantity of arrivals and dispatches. Proper coordination with Sales and production departments for increasing or decreasing the inventory requirement for a set period of time.
Public relation at all levels (govt., social or others). Maintain a healthy image of the organization at all times.
Strong Financial control at all times. Proper management of inflow and outflow of funds. Proper payment mechanism to keep the clock ticking.
Continuous upgrading of own and others skills at work. Making people aware of their goals and path to achieve the same. Practice Kaizen method- challenging the status quo to achieve more.
