    DR. JOSEPH MAZURKIEWICZ, JR.

    BJM CONSULTING

    Joe Mazurkiewicz is President of BJM Consulting, Inc.,

    a firm that specializes in local government activities.

    In 1983, he was elected Mayor of Cape Coral, a posi-

    tion he held for 10 years. Presently, Joe works on a variety of

    issues ranging from land use cases to incorporation studies.

    Joe attended the University of Florida, where he studied engi-neering. He earned his bachelor Degree in Administration from

    Barry University, a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Ph.D in Business Administra-tion with a concentration in Public Administration, Cum Laude from Stamford Hill University. He also served as Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Director of the Public Administration

    Program at IMPAC University. He is presently an MBA Facilitator and adjunct professor at Keiser University

    CHRIS PATRICCA, DIST. 3, LEE CO.

    SCHOOL BOARD

    Chris Patricca represents Dist. 3 on the Lee Co.

    School Board, which includes Estero,

    Bonita Springs, Fort Myers Beach, and

    South Fort Myers.

    She teaches Justice Studies courses in the College of Arts and

    Sciences at Florida Gulf Coast University.

    Ms. Patricca and her husband, Tom, have three children attending

    Lee Co. Public Schools. They are proud of the education their

    children receive in Lee Co. Public Schools.

    She will be addressing “Sales Tax Issues for Schools”, as all Lee Co.

    voters will need to know all aspects of these issues prior to the

    up-coming elections.
