Plan the day 01 March 2015 – Sunday- Bangalore a) Attend association meeting: It’s been quite a time that we have not met association people. It is not good to build walls or fortresses. Moreover the agenda is related to khata transfer. We are deprived of valuable information. b) Start solving VTU question paper (numericals). Solve atleast one today and keep second one for ready tomorrow. c) Watch Satish kashyap digital electronics video – atleast 2 For planning a day, I should have information regarding what I have to do in a full month. The volume of work to be tackled in a month should be available. The format of planning the day either overlaps with a) Daily discipline OR b) To do list In either case it becomes a mechanical thing. It becomes objective. It goes away from subjective. We can’t capture the delays and interruptions. How to link the following three: a) Pomodoro technique (notes interruptions) b) Anil kumar sud format (captures volume of work, analyses progress on weekly basis and highlights delays) c) Daily discipline Are our thoughts, words and actions oriented in a straight line? If No, then we are in trouble. They have to be when we are planning such a big task as coaching.
