Pada bangunan olahraga, SK SNI T – 26- 1991-03 hal 3 mengkategorikan gedung olah raga dalam 3 kelompok kapasitas penonton, yaitu: ◦ Tipe A = 3.000 – 5.000 (30m x 50m)◦ Tipe B = 1.000 – 3.000 (22 m x 32 m)◦ Tipe C = Maksimum 1000 (13 m x 22 m)

Jika yg dibangun tipe A, maka P = 5.000 (ekspektasi pengunjung). Jadi n = 20. Jika luas gedung olahraga adl luas gedung + luas luar gedung atau luas gedung + (1-KDB)*

luas gedung = 1.500 + (1-0,3)*1.500 = 1.500 + 1.050 = 2.550 m2. Jika semua ada di dalam gedung 20 x 4 m2 = 80 m2. atau luas tersebut sebesar 80 m2/ 2550

m2 = 3,1 %. Jika semua ada diluar gedung, maka 20x13 = 260 m2 atau 260/2550 = 10,19%

Menyediakan sarana penunjang kegiatan seperti penyediaan sarana serbaguna pada penggunaan lahan di sekitar jalan arteri (mall, pusat perbelanjaan).

Mengendalikan efek-efek pengganda (multiplier effect) yang bersifat negatif; seperti gangguan ketertiban umum yang ditimbulkan kegiatan di sekitar jalan arteri.

Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam tertib berlalu lintas; seperti patuh pada rambu-rambu lalu lintas baik bagi pengemudi maupun pejalan kaki (kebiasaan menyeberang tidak pada tempatnya)

Melestarikan karakter (image) kawasan koridor jalan arteri melalui beberapa kegiatan;

Mempertahankan apa yang menjadi ciri (identity) koridor, misal bangunan bersejarah yang menjadi landmark koridor, mempertahankan sifat kawasan (perdagangan, kawasan urban heritage, dll)

Mengatur perlengkapan jalan seperti pengaturan signage seperti pengaturan reklame, atau penanda-penanda lainnya. Agar tercipta keteraturan dan serasi dengan lingkungan.
