The Automated Ultrasonic Cleaning system Model AU-1502 features a Seven Arm Robotic Transporter and Multistage Ultrasonic Cleaning Con- sole. The stainless steel and structural steel assemblies are of rigid constnrc- tion and incorporate heavy-duty com- ponents ensuring the highest reliabil- ity. The feed and unload gravity conveyors provide for unattended op- eration only requiring loading and un- loading of carriers on and from con- veyor. The automated computer

programmable robotic transporter not only provides unattended transfer of parts through a multistage process but also operates and monitors the various functions of the cleaning, rinsing, and drying operations. The self-contained semiaqueous cleaning system consists of six processing chambers, three ul- trasonic chambers, two rinse cham- bers, and a water displacement rust inhibitor chamber. The ultrasonic chambers are equipped with heater system, filtration system, ultrasonic generator, and low-level control de- vice. The console has a rear cham- ber(s) lip vent exhaust system to re- move water vapor from surface of chambers.

Batch Treatment System Aqualogic North Haven, Corm.

The Aqualogic ABS 1000 is a com- pact, fully automated treatment mod- ule designed to batch treat up to 1,000 gal of industrial wastewater. The sys- tem will treat mixed rinsewaters and process dumps for removal of heavy metals, oils, and greases, producing an effluent suitable for discharge to local sewers, according to permit regula- tions. The ABS 1000 requires minimal space and is ruggedly constructed of

noncorrosive materials modularized on a stainless steel platform. Control is provided by the Aqualogic Process Control Console, containing a PLC in- tegrated with the pH instruments, indi- cating lights, switches, and alarms. It automatically sequences system fill, mix and chemical feeds, verification, settling, and transfer. Other available sizes include the ABS 1500 and ABS 2000, for 1,500-gal and 2,000-gal batch requirements.
