The stainless steel and structural steel assemblies are of rigid constnrc- tion and incorporate heavy-duty com- ponents ensuring the highest reliabil- ity. The feed and unload gravity conveyors provide for unattended op- eration only requiring loading and un- loading of carriers on and from con- veyor. The automated computer programmable robotic transporter not only provides unattended transfer of parts through a multistage process but also operates and monitors the various functions of the cleaning, rinsing, and drying operations. The self-contained semiaqueous cleaning system consists of six processing chambers, three ul- trasonic chambers, two rinse cham- bers, and a water displacement rust inhibitor chamber. The ultrasonic chambers are equipped with heater system, filtration system, ultrasonic generator, and low-level control de- vice.
