Buffet is all you can eat on premise, absolutely no takes out for any reason. When 2 meats are selected, pricing goes to the highest meat selected. We need the count of each meat, kids’ meal, and vegetarian meals 3 weeks before the scheduled event.

• $1,700 Deposit required at time of booking and is

NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason in the event of a cancelation. However, deposit comes off your final bill.

• $500 Room Charge for the use of Brookside Barn. • 150 plate minimum charge. • When possible, please include “Brookside Barn” on

invitations to avoid confusion of guests when they arrive to the property.

• NO set time limit of length of party.

• Children 5 and under are group as 3 for One. Children 6-10 are half price.

• Pricing includes: 3’x8’ farm tables with linen napkins (colored napkins available at no extra charge), real cups and saucers, wine glasses, and plates for cake service-—when cake is provided by the Rainbow. (One additional table will be set-up free of charge.)

• We offer center pieces with various rates mainly between the range of $22-$27, however some have been rented for more--depends on what the final product is. There is no charge for doing your own center pieces. Table runners available for $8/each

• We offer a Decoration package for each room; this does not include center pieces. We also offer center pieces with various rates. If decorating package is not selected then $200.00 will be charged for outside decorators or customers doing their own decorating. If no décor required, then no charge will be applied and there is no charge for doing your own center pieces.

• Customers are responsible for putting favors on the tables, unless purchased from Rainbow; customers are allowed to set up as early as Wednesday evening assuming no other parties are booked leading up to your scheduled event.

• Finger foods are also available at an additional cost per person (see attached list). Wedding Special: $4.50 per person Unlimited 3 cheeses, 3 crackers, pepperoni, Tortilla Chips w/ Salsa, Hot meatballs, and Caprese.

• New Mirror Photobooth includes: MANY props, open concept design, touch screen operating system, thumb drive w/ digital copies, unlimited prints, and attendant. ($600 - $400 Deposit Required). Add customized scrapbook for $100. Starts after ceremony until about 10pm.

• When all rooms are booked there will be a 1-2 hour window between meal times. Please go over and make eat times with Brannoin. ASAP.

• To help serve you better, please let us know if there is any specific beer, wine, or liquor you would like available at your function.

• Everyone including the wedding party needs picture ID to purchase alcohol.

• Please inquire about open bar arrangements. • No charge for bartenders. • FREE rides home or to hotel. • Attend our Bridal Show and qualify for $1.00 off

your wedding cake when hors d’oeuvre special and wedding cake is selected here at the Rainbow. Ask about entering a chance to WIN 25% OFF Total Bill which includes Meal, Cake & Hors d’oeuvres Special, and Decoration Package. (Discounts can’t be combined). Bridal Show is January 24, 2021.

• There is no fee to have ceremony on-site if held on patio or anywhere inside. We do offer outdoor white folding chairs for $3/each.

• Outdoor Chapel option seats about 220 guests and is $500 to rent with a $300 non-refundable deposit.

• Final payment with the number of guests and with meals that were chosen is DUE THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT, as well as any assigned seating chart, if we don’t receive the seating chart, we assume there is no assign seating.

(Discounts exclude alcohol) • Please indicate whether you need additional

parking for a limousine or bus. Also, if there is alcohol in these vehicles it needs to be given to bartenders as soon as it arrives on site for proper storage. See note below.

• PLEASE INFORM ALL YOUR GUEST THAT ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CAN BE BROUGHT ON THE PREMISES AT ANYTIME PER STATE LIQUOR AUTHORITY!! ANY GUEST FOUND WITH ALCOHOL NOT PURCHASED FROM THE RAINBOW WILL BE ASKED TO HAND OVER THEIR ALCOHOL. IF THE EVENTS’S HOST OBJECTS TO THE RAINBOW RETRIEVEING THE UNWARENTED ALCOHOL, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $1,000 CHARGE TO THE BRIDE AND GROOM. IF THE GUEST IS UNWILLING TO PASS OVER THE ALCOHOL UNTIL THEY LEAVE FOR THE EVENING, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY.

-Wedding cakes made by the Rainbow are served and calculated by $4.00 per person with a decoration charge

Using Outside Vendors When using outside vendors for cake the following commitments need to be met:

1. All cake vendors must have a copy of their Food Permit issued by the Clinton County Health Department and also requires a Proof of Liability Ins. You will need to obtain from your vendor a Certificate Holder with additional insurance to read Rainbow Wedding and Banquet Hall.( Hold Harmless Insurance Certificate for $1,000,000. product liability. Must have this completed 2 months in advance.)

2. If the above requirements are all met, the VENDORS are

RESPONSIBLE for the cutting and serving of their cake. The vendor must furnish plates, napkins, forks and clean-up for the cake. When outside VENDOR provides your cake, we ask for a $100.00 deposit; we will return $100.00 deposit if all cake plates are picked up right after you serve cake. If our employees pick up cake plates, your cake deposit will be forfeited.

3. If the Rainbow provides the service aforementioned in #2, there will be a $300.00 service charge paid in advance.

4. Chair covers only allowed by approved licensed vendors.

5. Only fresh rose pedals allowed for outside ceremonies.
