Welcome to Plumblink Online help pages. Here you will be able to find the help you need

with creating a profile, buying products, view your financial information and shopping

online. And if you're new to online shopping, it's as easy as 123. With the latest software

protecting your privacy and security concerns take the easy route and shop online. It allows

you to buy products at great prices.

New to Plumblink Online?

If you're new to Plumblink Online, click here to create a profile. When creating a profile on

Plumblink Online, it is important that you know the difference between the various profile

registrations. Here is some information to help get you started.

Note: - VAT: All prices quoted on Plumblink Online exclude VAT. If you would like to claim VAT for your

company print out the invoice from the Account section page. You will need Acrobat Adobe 8 or 9 installed

on your computer, to view the invoice.

Personal profile: This is a personal profile which has minimal registration requirements.

Once the profile is created, you will be able view our catalogue. Select the Create a user

option to register your profile.

Company profile: The company profile requires information about your company or

business. Creating this profile allows you to shop online and manage/track your orders or

should you need to view your credit limit, available balance and download Invoices.

Buying on Plumblink Online

Step 1:

- Register a company profile on Plumblink Online

Simply click on create a user and fill in all the necessary details of the company especially

the required fields and click on create. If you have a Debtors account and you would like to

link your personal profile to your company profile, please visit us on www.plumblink.co.za ,

select Trade Professional option and download the online application form. After filling in

the form please fax to 011 - 805-7748 or email to [email protected].

A Plumblink representative will contact you to verify your application and complete the

application process.

Step 3:

Browse site

Once you've registered you can log in, start browsing Plumblink Online. Use the navigation

options.

To search for a particular product, select the product options then either enter the product

name, product code or manufacturer code. This option also allows you to view the online

catalogue. Click on the Accounts option to view your account details.

With a carefully selected range of over 12500 quality products from our 250 approved

supplier-partners offers you, our customer the freedom of choice and affordability.

Step 4:

Add to basket

Found the products you want to buy? Select the quantity required and Click on Add to

basket. Your basket contains all the products you have selected to buy. Your basket can

contain any combination of products available for purchase on Plumblink Online.

My basket

To view or edit the products or product quantities in your basket, click on items. This allows

you to check all product details on the product page like the colour, quantity and size of the

product. If you are not certain of the product, remove it from your basket. You can add as

many products as you'd like because your basket stores all the products that you've chosen

whilst shopping online.

Step 5:

To Complete

- 1. My basket: To complete the sale, you must accept the terms and conditions by ticking in

the box, and then click on the "Complete" button. Wow! You're almost complete with the

shopping process. Now that you've chosen all your fantastic products, be sure to check the

items in your basket as well as all the product information. You can change the quantity on

any item, remove an item or move an item to your basket.

All fields are mandatory, ensure that you complete and capture the correct delivery details

and select the place Order button to activate your order.

Managing my orders

View orders

You can view the details of any orders you have placed by clicking on view online orders.

Every order is referenced by the purchase order number generated on completion of the

sale.
