ARRiVAl/DePARTuRe Your room will be available from 15.00 hrs on your day of arrival until 12.00 hrs (noon) on your day of departure.

DogS CHF 20 per dog and day (without food). Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the rooms, the restaurants (excl. our sunterrace), the kids club and the spa area are not for the dogs.

gARAge & PARKing our parking spaces (opposite the hotel) are available for CHF 19 per night/car (reservation recommended). The outdoor parking space are available to our guests for CHF 5. up from the 8th night the parking outdoor space is free.

gooD AiR The Sporthotel Valsana is a non-smoking establishment. our guests will enjoy their tobacco specialities on the sun terrace, at the hotel entrance as well as on the balconies and terraces of the guest rooms. Thank you for your under-standing.

neW YeAR‘S eVe At the new Year‘s eve we charge a supplement (as well as in absence) of CHF 190 for adults, CHF 95 for teenagers between 12 and 16 years and CHF 30 for children between 7 and 11 years. in the new Years‘s eve package already included.

ReSeRVATion guARAnTee guests are required to sign and return all hotel reservation acknowledgements. each reservation has to be guaran-teed by means of a credit card or deposit.

SenioRS Seniors (born 1947 or before) enjoy a reduction on the daily rates (excl. packages and hight season as well as new Year): 5 % on our daily rates until the 7th night, 10 % from the 8th night.
