P-MECH DAY SPEECH

Dear members of the P-mech family,

I would like to thank each and every one of you for being here. It is a great privilege for me to speak on P-mech day. Today is special for many reasons. First and foremost it is the day when this organization was founded in the year 1988 exactly 27 years ago. P-mech group of companies is the brain child of our beloved Managing Director and founder Mr. Maheshkumar Nirmal. His vision to serve the industry through engineering has seen P-mech grow and become one of the frontline engineering firms offering EPCM – Engineering, procurement and construction Management to various oil & gas, refinery, power, offshore platforms, petrochemical etc.

When P-mech was founded in the year 1988 with three employees, today we are 80 plus employee and counting. Our MD MaheshKumar Nirmal has set up this organization and has powered it with his vision. This 27 odd years would not been possible only by vision, he believes vision only help to show the way, I say it is his execution excellence, hard work and steady staying focus has helped us grow year –on –year.

P-mech as a company has evolved and today P-mech offer critical engineering solution and our core competences has progressed to area of Process, Mechanical, Piping, Structure, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation - design and detailed engineering including FEA/FEM etc.

We take pride in our effort to provide the best solutions which are critical to the productivity of our clients through our quality and understanding client’s requirements and needs. Recurring project order from client’s is an certification of our quality & timely delivery of projects . The pool of our esteemed clients is not only limited to National giants but also from countries like Europe, USA, Singapore, Canada, Australia and Middle East.

It is our MD Mahesh Sir thought that client oriented focus and approach is always required for success in any business environment - his teachings and thought has and will defiantly take P-mech and all P-mechian forward in life.

Today is the day we honor our company founder and managing director, by taking pride in being part of P-mech family. Another great value of P-mech is its employees, many of whom has been with P-mech from the very beginning and others who has been associated for a long time have nurtured young mind with industry inside’s and vast knowledge. This without any thoughts is the greatest culture of P-mech family. Our MD Mahesh sir has self - driven this company towards fulfilling industries need for the past Two decades and now it is the turn of the Next – Gen to stand up and push hard towards wonderful future.

Finally I would like request each and every one of you to forget all work related things for the next three to four hours and take part in the events planned and enjoy the evening with full of similes.
