We are pleased to submit a quote for the following scope of work:

Demolition Scope: 1. Provide demolition services for the removal and legal disposal of all items marked on plan pages 12, 29, 42, 43 and 44 (Safe off by others) 2. Create opening in the existing building to access the equipment noted for demolition in the Energy Recovery Building (Repair of Building Opening by Others) 3. Demolition and removal of Tank and other miscellaneous items to the east of the Energy Recovery Building 4. Remove Roof top Items as noted on plans 5. Removal of Bays 1, 2 &3 6. Remove exterior metal louver above the opening we create

Assumptions / Exclusions: * Assumed Area adjacent to opening created in building we be our lay down area to process the materials and load the trucks *Assumed all utility cut/ cap work will be by others *Any and all repairs to the existing structure required as a result of our removal work is excluded *The above pricing is based on a project start of March 2012

Total Cost Of Above Work: $99,880.00 Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Dollars. Allowance for disposal of Hazardous Materials: $25,000.00 Twenty five Thousand Dollars

Standard Terms: All salvage rights are ours. Only one (1) equipment mobilization has been included in this estimate. This proposal is valid for 30 days from above date. Upon acceptance of this proposal a mutually acceptable contract must be executed by both parties prior to start of work.
