WHY USE

JUST CUT, PUSH & LOCK. ALL YOU NEED IS HANDS

GI pipe / plastic fittings are very cumbersome

to use. Once jointed become tedious /

impossible to disconnect. JG Speedfit pipe

and fittings require no threading / brazing /

soldering or using clumsy sealing / binding

compounds. To insert / remove pipe from

fittings, no tools are required, simply use your

hands.

NO CORROSION / RUSTING / SCALING OF FITTINGS

The John Guest Fittings are manufactured in

Polymer Acetyl and using Nitrile seals. Acetyl is

can withstand extreme pressures without cracking/

hardening of the material..

The teeth on the collet being manufactured in

SS316 ensure they grip the pipe even under undue

stress. All fittings are NSF 51 / 61 certified and are

food grade.

The Aluminium Pipe is having excellent weather resistant properties.

Aluminum alloy (T6 / 6063) has a strong resistance to corrosion which is a result of an oxide skin that forms as a result of reactions with the atmosphere. This corrosive skin protects aluminum from most chemicals, weathering conditions, and even many acids

NO RUSTING/SCALING OF PIPES WATER TRAP TEE

The UNIQUE water Trap Tee from John Guest solves the on-going problem of moisture in a compressed air system and provides the easy alternative to the need to install “Swan Necks”.

The ingenious inside arrangement of the fitting allows air to flow, with minimum head loss, from the main to take-off point without allowing water to follow. The moisture is retained in the ring main which can be periodically drained by means of a drain valve.


OTHER SALIENT FEATURES :

1) EXCELLENT DURABILITY : John Guest Fittings and pipe have a working pressure of approx 12 bar.

2) ENERGY EFFICIENT: The fitting technology guarantee close to 0% leakage and smooth laminar flow ofair through the pipes. This results in the compressor loading / unloading at longer intervals leading tomajor savings in previous energy casts. There is also no variation in interval diameters when you connect the pipe with the fitting, which results in minimum pressure drop.

3) LEAKAGE FREE FOR LIFE: There is also no additional skill required of the plumber, simply cut the pipesquare, place the insert in the pipe and push into fitting. Then twist and lock the fitting in place. Close to0% leakage is achieved after the connection has been made.

4) WORLD CLASS RAW MATERIAL : Manufactured in Acetyl and using NITRILE seals, Acetyl is anadvanced polymer material used worldwide as it can withstand extreme pressure and temperaturesunlike other plastic material.

5) PATENTED TECHNOLOGY WORLDWIDE : “Grip and Seal”. The stainless Steel Teeth on the colletensures there is no “loosening” of the pipe from the fitting and the EPDM Seal ensures no leakage. Withthis combination, it ensures a 100% leak proof permanent seal on every joint.
