Loparex was at the forefront of developing air egress liners
for premium graphic applications. Since then, we have
improved this technology and developed a second generation
product, Poly Slik® AIR Plus for the global spectrum of
graphic applications.
Structured release liners enable the development of air channels in the adhesive for easy removal of
entrapped air during application installation.

liners are designed to give the proper
balance of ef� cient air channeling
without impacting the � nal
appearance of the applied
face material.
Improved RepositionabilityRe-engineered liner pro� le reduces initial adhesive
contact with application surface allowing the installer
an improved opportunity to reposition the laminate.
This will allow for more precise placement of the
print media and will reduce installation time.
Less Potential Air Entrapment/Improved Air EvacuationNew channel geometry along with increased
channel surface area make removing trapped
air easier than ever. The � nished product will
have a superior appearance.
Effectiveness StatementLaboratory testing indicated a 40% improvement
in air evacuation volume compared to our original
product design. Air evacuation using the improved
product design was 50% more effective than the
leading competitive product.
