The Shott cartridge filter is an efficient yet economic filtration system for small and medium-small sized above ground pools. The permanent magnet synchronous motors installed in our cartridge filter range guarantee low energy consumption while providing high performance. Motors with 3 different capacities are available: 2m3/h, 3m3/h and 4m3/h and, in 2m3/h and 4m3/h versions, you can also request low voltage motors (12V).Each filter model can house 3 different types of cartridges, STANDARD with 0,4m2 filtering surface but also, upon request, two versions that meet AFNOR standards, 0,70 m2 and 1,20 m2.

Il Filtro a cartuccia Shott è un efficace ma allo stesso tempo economico sistema di filtrazione per piscine fuori terra di dimensioni piccole e medio-piccole. I motori sincroni a magnete permanente installati sulla ns. gamma di filtri a cartuccia, garantiscono un basso consumo energetico a fronte di alte prestazioni. Sono disponibili motori con 3 differenti portate: 2m3/h, 3m3/h e 4m3/h e, nelle versioni da 2m3/h e 4m3/h è possibile richiedere anche motori in bassa tensione (12V). Ciascun modello di filtro può ospitare 3 diversi tipi di cartuccia, la STANDARD con superficie filtrante da 0,4m2, ma anche, su richiesta, le due versioni che rispettano la normativa AFNOR da 0,70 m2 e 1,20 m2.

The Skimmer is designed to keep the swimming pool surface clean and to eliminate the particles in suspension on the water. It is available with sponges or filtering cartridges. Thanks to 2 different hooking systems it is possible to use the skimmer for every kind of above ground swimming pool.

The SHOTT pumps use a monobloc rotor-impeller HPR with a high efficienty magnet that reduces 30% the power consumption. This new rotor is now in ceramic as its rear bearing and it is completely noiseless also on the worste functioning conditions. On the biggest models, 13.10 and 13.10S, the new patented monodirectional rotation system UDS and the open impeller system give unknown performances to these pumps with an electric consumption 30% less than the competition.

The solid handling pumps Shott SHP, set a new standardin the field of pond pumps. The Shott fountain kits play a key role regarding the most current evolutions of the pond decoration field. They are powerful and reliable and guarantee minimum maintenance requirements as there are no filtering materials and, most of all, because of the innovated restore system in which the pump back-wash is carried out without having to remove it from the bottom of the pond. SHOTT’s pressure filters are available without the UV bulb for the only mechanical filtration. Non UV models can be easily upgraded to become UV filters simply adding the UV body.

The SHOTT pressure filters, equipped with UV lamp, combine the revolutionary mechanical filtering system with the efficiency of a UV radiation bactericide and, which is no less important, require few and simple cleaning. The brand new feature is in the mechanical filtering system. Filtering, in fact, is not obtained with sponges but with BIOSPHERES that ensure good water cleaning and excellent biological filtration to eliminate ammonia and nitrates. This new filtering system allows the filter to be cleaned with simple back-wash without having to open the filter to clean the sponges. The validity of the UV radiation use to sterilise water is recognised and proven (high bactericide power). The 18, 24 or 36 watts of the original UV bulbs, with built-in electronic ballast provided with the SHOTT pressurised filters, guarantee excellent performances.

These filters use the same operating principles used in K-Ball filters with a less compact design which, on the other hand, permits some conveniences and the possibility of personalisation. First of all, manual intervention is not needed for back-wash since the 4- way valve installed at the top of the filter can be used. It can be purchased without the UV-C sterilisation system or with the system mounted on the outside of the filter body. This last feature increases the bactericide power when installed with other SHOTT sterilisers.

Questi filtri usufruiscono degli stessi principi di funzionamento dei filtri K-Ball con un design meno compatto che per contropartita permette alcune comodità e possibilità di personalizzazione. Innanzitutto per effettuare il controlavaggio non è necessario operaremanualmente ma è sufficiente manovrare la valvola a 4 vie montata sulla sommità del filtro. Può essere acquistato senza sistema di sterilizzazione UV-C oppure con sistema montato esternamente al corpo del filtro. Quest’ultima caratteristica permette di aumentare il potere battericida montando in parallelo altri sterilizzatoriSHOTT.

Vor allem zur Durchführung des Gegenstromauswaschens ist kein manueller Betrieb mehr erforderlich, denn es genügt, das Vierwegventil zu betätigen, das auf der Oberseite des Filters angebracht ist. Er ist ohne das UV-CSterilisierungssystem oder mit dem extern am Filterkörper montierten System erhältlich. Letztere Eigenschaft ermöglicht es, die Bakterizidleistung zu steigern, indem weitere SHOTT-Sterilisatoren parallel angebracht werden.

Ce filtre est basé sur les mêmes principes de functionnement que le filtre K-Ball avec un design moins compact, ce qui est plus pratique et permet de le personnaliser. Aucune opération manuelle n’est nécessaire pour le contre-lavage car il suffit de manoeuvrer la vanne à 4 voies montée en haut du filtre. Ce filtre peut être acheté sans système de stérilisation UV-C ou avec un système monté à l’extérieur du corps du filtre. Cette dernière caractéristique permet d’augmenter le pouvoir bactéricide en montant en parallèle d’autres stérilisateurs SHOTT.

Estos filtros aprovechan los mismos principios de funcionamiento de los filtros K-Ball con un diseño menos compacto que, en compensación, permite algunas comodidades y posibilidad de personalización. En primer lugar para realizar el contralavado no es necesario operarmanualmente, sino que basta con manipular la válvula de 4 vías montada en la parte superior del filtro. Se puede adquirir sin sistema de esterilización U-V o bien con sistema montado en la parte externa del cuerpo delfiltro. Esta última característica permite aumentar el poder bactericida montando al mismo tiempo otros esterilizadores SHOTT.

Following market demand, and to integrate the range of UV filters and lamps already included in the Shott product catalogue, a new range of UV lamps was introduced, with more compact and versatile models than the previous ones. The new UV lamp, designed to make it possible for more units to be connected, guarantees an effective bactericide and algae-elimination performance and, at the same time, it offers maximum adaptability to ponds of any dimensions.

Powerbead is a special biological filter dedicated to Koi carp fans and experts. To guarantee an ideal pond environment this product employs bead filter technology with solutions that make cleaning easier, and at the same time increase safety. Most of all it makes the filter more efficient with regards to water circulation. It is equipped with a “Shake Pump” and a “Spherical diffusor”, which are both patented and that allow backwashing simply and safely. In addition the “Spherical diffusor” drastically reduces the loss of load inside the filter and thus allows the use of low head and low consumption pumps.

Powerbead è un filtro biologico speciale dedicato agli appassionati e specialisti di carpe Koi. Per garantire un ambiente ideale nello stagno, questo prodotto impiega la tecnologia dei filtri a perline (beads) con soluzioni che ne facilitano la pulizia, ne aumentano la sicurezza e, soprattutto, lo rendono il filtro più efficace in circolazione. Dotato di “Shake Pump” e “Diffusore a sfera”, entrambi brevettati, consente di effettuare il contro lavaggio in totale semplicità e sicurezza. Il “Diffusore a sfera”, inoltre, riduce drasticamente la perdita di carico all’interno del filtro, permettendo l’utilizzo di pompe a bassa prevalenza e a basso consumo.

Zur Schaffung der notwendigen Teichverhältnisse, benutzt dieses Produkt eine Filtrationstechnologie, basierend auf plastischem Granulat (Beads), mit vereinfachtem Reinigungssystem und somit erhöhter Sicherheit und Filterleistung bei Zirkulation. Ausgestattet mit, “Shake Pump” und “Kugel-Diffusor”, beide patentiert, erlaubt eine einfache und sichere Rückspülung. Der “Kugel-Diffusor” verhindert außerdem beträchtlich Förderhöhenverluste innerhalb des Filters, was den Einsatz von kleineren, energiesparenden Pumpen begünstigt.

Equipped with the same Powerbead features in terms of quality and resistance, the Powerball offers, thanks to its bio-spheres, the possibility of valid mechanical filtering. Such filtering, made upstream of the Powerbead, exponentially increases the biological filtering capacity and, used alone, purifies lake water of both suspended particles and a minimum part of dissolved nitrites and nitrates. To meet even the most demanding customer’s needs and to provide additional support to those who want to fill a lake with Koi carps, Shott International has created a complete multistage filtering system, the Powerbead Professional System, designed for lakes containing up to 100 kg of fish. The system, made up of a new and more powerful version of the biological Powerbead filter, a mechanical pre-filter, a UV lamp and a Venturi oxygenator powered by a pump with 10 m3/h flow capacity, is designed and tested in association with the University of Padua to eliminate the ammonia and nitrides dissolved in water, degrading them to the nitrate state.
