In addition, the look and functionality of courses are enhanced to improve positive student outcomes . Access Your Portal

Pre-Login Welcome Page The pre-login welcome page is the main landing page of your portal . This area is customizable, allowing your school the ability to communicate the exact message you choose to provide your students prior to logging in . Your company logo can be added on the upper left, and the portal’s color scheme can be adjusted to match .

Portal LoginTo log in to your REcampus portal, click on the Access My Courses button on the pre-login welcome page and enter your credentials . You will receive an email with your username and a link to set your password . If you need this email resent, please contact your Client Experience Manager .

Access Your Portal

Post-Login Portal Home PageAfter logging into your REcampus portal, you will see a slightly different home page . This page, like the welcome page, is customizable to meet your needs . Use the left menu to access your reports and admin tools .

myAccountClick myAccount to view and manage your personal account information . You may use this section to make changes to your password, view your personal order history, and manage your address book .

Reporting

You will have three standard reports available to you: Transaction Report, Enrollment Report, and Completion Report . These reports are available to you on the left menu .

Transaction ReportsClick Transaction Reports to view details of transactions made in your portal . You can export this report to Excel or PDF . Please note, PDF export contains a limited amount of information .

Enrollment ReportClick Enrollment Report to view a list of your students’ course enrollments, statuses, and scores . You can export this report to Excel or PDF . Please note, PDF export contains a limited amount of information .

Completion Report

Click Completion Report to view a list of your students’ course completions . The report includes user data such as state identifier numbers (e .g ., license number or SSN), course completion data, and completion dates . Note: only certain information will display on the portal due to space constraints . To see all information, you must export the report as either an Excel or PDF file . Please note, PDF export contains a limited amount of information .

Start with Enrollment Report Click the Enrollment Report on the left menu . Search for the student that you would like to request a course extension for and then click on the student’s name .

You will be directed to the enrollment detail report for that student . Look for the course that you need to request an extension for and then click the Request Extension link .

Request Course Extension

Enter the new expiration date being requested for the student in the Requested New Expiration Date field and then click the Submit Extension Request button .

The request will be sent via email to the Dearborn Technical Support team, and the administrator placing the request will be copied on the email .

Start with Transaction ReportClick the Transaction Reports on the left menu . Search for the order for which you would like to request a refund . You can search for the order by entering the order number in the Order Number field or by searching for the student’s first and last name . Click on the Order # link .

You will be directed to the transaction detail report for that order . Look for the product for which you need to request a refund and then click the Request Refund link .

Enter the Refund Request Amount and then click the Submit Refund Request button .

The request will be sent via email to the Dearborn Technical Support team, and the administrator placing the request will be copied on the email .

Click Add User to add new users . Complete the Create Account form and then click the Create Account button . Please note that boxes with a red asterisk are required fields .

If the box Send email… is checked, the student will receive an email notification with their login information . Please note that the student will receive this same email immediately after an order is placed .

Admin Tools – Manage Users

Manage Users allows a school administrator to search for an existing student and conduct various activities related to that student such as viewing or editing profile information, unlocking a student’s access, adding notes to a student’s account, and logging in as a student to access a read-only view of their course progress . Manage Users will also provide you with the ability to export a contact list of existing users .

To begin, click Manage Users on the left menu . Enter the information of the existing student in any of the search fields and click on Search . You can also leave all fields blank and then click Search to return a list of all of the active students .

Select a student from the search results and then click Tools to select from the list of available functions in the dropdown menu .

Export a Contact List of your Existing Users

Click Manage Users on the left menu . Click Search to return a list of all of the active students .

Click on the Excel or PDF button to export a user contact list that will include the following information: last name, first name, username, email, phone number, last order date, and primary address .

Admin Tools – View User’s Details

To view or update the details of a student’s account, click View Users Details from the Tools dropdown menu .

To edit a student’s details, click the Edit link .

To add internal notes, type them in the Notes field and click the Add button . After clicking the Add button, your notes will display with your username and a time and date stamp . Your note will be visible to other administrators . Only administrators have the ability to view and edit notes .

Admin Tools – Manage Users – Log In as User

Select Log In as User from the Tools dropdown menu to emulate users and access their course data . Note: the Log In as User function will open a new window/tab and only allows the administrator to view the course information . No changes or submissions can be made .

Admin Visibility:

• View the completion instructions

• View unlocked course content (areas previously accessed by the student)

• View appendices

• View the Glossary

• Review exams/quizzes that were already taken (where review is available based on state rules)

• View the time spent per unit

• View the pages viewed per unit

Admin Tools – Manage Users – Forgotten Password

Select Send Password Reset from the Tools dropdown menu to generate a password recovery email to the student . This will be sent to the student’s email address on file . You can also send a password recovery email while on the user details page .

Admin Tools – Portal Purchasing

To begin the purchase process, click Browse Available Courses under the Portal Tools section on the left navigation menu .

Portal User Assignment First, select the users you will be ordering for by clicking on the button . You can remove a user from the Selected Users list by clicking on the button .

Please note the available filters that may be used to quickly locate the user . Click Continue .

Navigate Available Product CategoriesClick on the drop-down menus located under Select State for Training and Select License Type to view available product categories . Once in the desired product category, choose any applicable filters and click Select .

Admin Tools – Portal Purchasing

Browse Available ProductsProducts of different types will be broken out into various categories for you to view . Click on the product name to view a detailed description of the item . Click Add to Cart when you are ready to select the item .

As an administrator, you will then be asked to indicate which of the users you previously selected should receive the ordered product by clicking the icon next to the student’s name . After making this selection, you may click Continue Shopping to choose more products, or click Proceed to Checkout.

Admin Tools – Portal Purchasing

Review Your OrderReview Your Order page will allow you to review what you have in your order so far .

In addition, you will be able to: • Remove user(s) from the order • Remove product(s) from a user within the order • Modify one or all options selected • Change the quantity of an item within the order

After reviewing or making the needed modifications, you can either click Continue Shopping or click Proceed to Checkout .

Please note, you may also view items in your cart by scrolling over View Cart in the portal header at any time .

Select Shipping Information

The Select Shipping Information page will allow you to either choose an existing shipping address or enter a new address to be used for all users within your order .

You may also set addresses individually for each user in the order by clicking the Set Addresses Individually check box .

Lastly, if any physical items are being shipped, from the Shipping Method dropdown, you can select the available shipping options and pricing . After making the necessary selections, click Continue .

Please note, the Shipping Policies section is at the top of the page .

Admin Tools – Portal Purchasing

Payment Summary The Enter Payment Information page will summarize your order’s billing, as well as prompt you to submit credit card information if applicable .

Order ConfirmationThe Order Confirmation allows you to review your order details to confirm that the users, products, and shipping information is correct . Click the Order Details link to view all products contained in the order . If you are ready to proceed with your order, click Submit Order.

Admin Tools – Portal Resources

Portal ResourcesAs an administrator, you have the capability to add documents for your portal users to access . Caution should be used when adding documents to the site, because the documents will be available to students and admins who have access to the site . Management or private documents should not be shared on the portal .

Click on the Resources link on the left navigation menu . As the Portal Resources page loads, you will be able to select the file to download to your portal . Click on Choose File to find the file .

Once you’ve found the file, click on Upload .

When your file has finished loading onto the portal, you will see the file under the Resource listing . If you wish to view the document, you can click on the name of the document . If you wish to remove a document from the list, click on the red X to remove .

Note: Student must be logged into the portal to view the resources .
