The Membership area allows your members to have control of their membership and gain complete visibility of their relationship with you. This empowerment gives your supporters peace of mind, valuable transparency and makes managing their membership simple. All membership information entered into the portal is automatically synced back into your CRM system, so you never have to handle data twice.

Communication Preferences

In a post-GDPR world, all organisations need to be respectful of clear consent and strive to build transparent and trusting relationships with their supporters. By having a communication preference area in your portal, you are giving your supporters control and visibility over their communications and the power to personalise and manage this. As well as supporting your GDPR compliancy, this transparent relationship allows members to tailor their communications, so your marketing and updates are more effective, and members are more receptive. Members can:

• View a clear breakdown of their communication preferences for trust and visibility

• Edit their communication preferences easily, so they are in control of their consent

• State which method of comms delivery is preferred, so they get the method that works best for them

• Check and edit their communication/personal details so any communications go to the right place

Personal Details

Personal data is extremely valuable and organisations have an increased onus to protect the personal data that they hold. Having a transparent and clear portal for members to view and edit all their personal information, shows your commitment to personal data and helps to build transparency and trust. Allowing users to edit this information also means your data is more likely to be accurate and reduces strains on staff for fulfilling admin tasks; edits are automatically synced to your CRM system. Members can:

Can these portals work with our website CMS?

Yes, our portals can be integrated with any website CMS, such as Umbraco, WordPress, Drupal etc.

What CRM system do I need? The communication preferences area can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The profile and membership areas are built to integrate with Rhythm, our bespoke membership management solution that is built on Dynamics 365.

Can the portal be branded? We will ensure the accent colours match your branding based on your brand guidelines and input. We can also provide completely bespoke branding if required.

Is this portal the same as the Dynamics 365 portals?

No, Dynamics 365 Portals are aimed at B2B audiences and have limited customisation (you receive one free with your Dynamics 365 instance). This portal is aimed at B2C audience and built using React, which allows complete visual customisation and a better user experience.

What if I just want one or two of the tabs?

We can disable any portal areas, such as Personal Details, if required or preferred.
