Design and fit out project of a site opposite a campus mainly aimed at the student rental market. Styled to reflect the age group of the target market.

6

The choice of furnishings and images shows how this site was made to appeal to the younger end of the market without deterring the conventional rental sector.

A design and fit out of a flagship office to appeal to the upper end of the market as well as creating an impression for developers.

8

Design and fit out to look stylish but still appeal to a broad market sector. The following page has a view of the office with the fully glazed offices.

Before and after pictures of the site towards fully glazed offices and the back of the showroom. The ceiling was installed at different levels to take account of the existing structures.

10

Office design and fit out for a relocation within the same town. The design had to take into account the planning restrictions for the exterior and to update the image but keep in line with the traditional look of the other offices in the group.

11

Design and fit out of ground and first floor site. This entailed extensive work as the site was previously used as a photo lab and had many dividing walls (see pictures on the left hand side) . The next page shows the LED halo lighting as it appears at night time to contrast with the daylight impression as shown above.

12

View through the window showing the displays and large digital wall images. The offices are on a major junction so the halo signage and the use off fully glazed office upstairs makes a strong visual impact during the day and night.
