I am a French product & service designer freshly graduated with high honors. I obtained a Master’s degree specialised in Responsible Innovation and work experience in Paris, Amsterdam and New York through internships in different studios.

The reasons that led me to pursue a design education are a passion for making life more simple, a thrive for building things and sensibility for people. I turn problems into opportunities through a human-centered approach with empathy, taking in consideration uses and emotions in order to craft innovative meaningful experiences. I believe that products and the experiences those create should be simple and fulfill needs as well as creating delight.

I have a special interest in product-service systems, interactions, sustainable scenarios and technology.

LOVE FOOD HATE WASTE is an on-going research and design project that aims at offering strategies to prevent food waste and educate users.

Food is precious. Yet, 40% of the food in the US goes uneaten. This project explores solutions that could be implemented on in retails or homes crafted into coherent experiences. Thoses solutions offers services that have direct benefits for users and promotes healty eating habits.

How intice individuals to take action to reduce food waste?

How can supermarkets provide tools to help people managing their shopping as a way of

building their brand?

Page 12: portfolio service design 2015

Research was conducted on field, observing several supermarkets and interviewing employees in order to gain insights about logitics and display. Comparing supermarkets in the US and France shows cultural probes about display and cosmetic standards.

How might storage improve the shelf life of fruits and vegetables?

How might we ensure products freshness without deceiving the

How might we improve fruits andvegetables storage?

Interviewing users with diverse backgroung allowed me to gain insights on their shopping, planning and eating habits and their interest about reducing their waste. I was able to map needs on different topics and to spot opportunities for future products and services.

Building on insights based on research, technology review and benchmark, I organised a brainstorming with a couple of creative brains. We came out with a lot of ideas of products, services, packaging, branding strategies... I mapped all those ideas along the journey of the customar in order to spot the most interesting ones and combine them into coherent two experiences.

This second experience focuses on food education. The system includes recipes and smart displays that inspires and teaches users about storage. It envisions as well a system in the home that would allow to store food properly and reminds when the food is going bad thanks to ethylen sensors. It includes a service educating about food.

Dynamo is a microfinance service that supplies all-inclusive packages for young unemployed people in order to develop local mobile services for the isolated rural areas.

In France, the country-side looses inhabitants and is therefore less and less dynamic. Country-side dwellers usually lack basic services and facilities: they have only access to an average 9 basic facilities compared to 24 ones for the city-dwellers.This project aims at impulsing a revitalization of these territories.

In collaboration with Sola Takahasi, Fabien Proust, Geoffrey Riberry (designers) and Marine Diers, Saki Hanzawa and Reny Durfort (business developpers)

ENHANCING THE CYCLING EXPERIENCE

intern project at We Are Perspective

Page 34: portfolio service design 2015

CONNECTED BICYCLE is a project that offers a user-centered product-service system to improve the cycling experience.

It is the result of an extensive research on the topic of connected bicycle. It features a service embobied in a product and an app that can partner with various stakeholders. The project is currently confidential.

Extensive research has been conducted on the travel experience of cyclists. All the insights I gained were translated in personas used to ideate the service through user scenarios.

Design opportunities were developped with business stakeholders in mind. The touchpoints were then designed within a multidisciplinary team I directed. We developed a product-service system prototype including a product and a mobile app. The project is currently on-going.

IMPROVINGTHE EXPERIENCE OF TREATMENT FOR SLEEP APNEA PATIENTSend of studies project

Page 42: portfolio service design 2015

Belem allows patients suffering from sleep apnea to do breathing exercises into order to breath, sleep and live better. It is a smart connected device that fits into patients’ lifestyles.

Sleep apnea is a condition that affects millions of people. The default treatment is rejected by many patients who find it invasive. My goal is to improve patients’ experience of the treatment by promoting an alternative therapy that is medically effective while being socially acceptable for patients.
