Who We Are

The Portman International Holdings business was founded in 1986 in London. The Malta head office was opened in 1997 and the Dublin office in 2008. The Group employs 40 professionals and has evolved over the years adding payment services, real

estate agency services and fiduciary services to its core portfolio providing accounting, audit, corporate and tax services.

Moreover, the Group has now diversified its range of holdings to

include the environmental technology sector.

Portman International is approved as a corporate service provider with the MFSA and as a provider of accounting services with the Malta Accountancy Board. The Company specialises in corporate tax,

company formation and secretarial services in Malta, UK and Ireland, and in personal tax and residence services in Malta. Associated

companies and persons are licensed for trustee and fiduciary services and for auditing services.

Real Estate

Portman International Properties specialises in relocation services to Malta. Whether clients are looking for a second home, moving to Malta

or following the relocation of their business or employer to Malta, we can assist. Our service goes beyond the standard agency services related to property selection and the performance of the necessary

formalities, to also provide you with turnkey residence and tax solutions.

Aircraft Dismantling

ARP provides aircraft End-of-Life solutions for owners and operators as well as selective parting out services for MROs and OEMs. ARP

has developed an aircraft disassembly industrial line that can dispose of 99% of a passenger/cargo aircraft. Recycling of alloys, composite

material and plastics is carried out on site.

One of ARP’s main objectives is to provide quality Used Serviceable Material to the industry

thereby being instrumental in reducing client operating and maintenance costs.

Payment Services

MistralPay offers unique added value to merchants for their online sales of goods and services. The payment methods that are available to

merchants include credit cards, bank transfers, mobile credit and more. Merchants are also able to manage and monitor their account

collections via MistralPay’s state-of-the-art Merchant Information System. Moreover, MistralPay offers prepaid cards, currency exchange

transactions and person-to-person payment possibilities.
