2017 Attendee Feedback

“Actually in the Exhibit hall, I most enjoyed the inflatable dome that was

showing movies of the Solar Eclipse and the 3D animated movie about

mars and the solar system!”

“Especially enjoyed the Escape Room offerings. Excellent traveling show and

well worth the price of admission.”

“Meeting and chatting with Museum's Executive Director in the hallway for

about 10 minutes and getting the scoop on how the Museum is shaping up

and the future plans for it.”

“I especially appreciated the effort to put woman and people of color in

prominent positions. Brava!”

“I loved the activities I could do. I love to cosplay. I loved the escape room. I

played a lot of starship horizon.”

“It was very different from my normal convention experience; there was much

more focus on the SCIENCE part of science fiction.”

“The literature track was excellent with a great mix of authors and critics.

“I enjoyed how low key and stress free the experience was.”

“I was only able to attend the Educators Workshop on Friday. It was fantastic to

meet teachers that have found a way to use Sci-Fi to teach their

respective contents. I would recommend other educators attend this

conference.”

“My friends and I came for one event and one event only: Thomas Dolby. He

did not disappoint. Totally worth the $30 day pass price all by himself.”

“Talks by scientists about futuristic science, such as the AI and NASA talks.

Seeing the cosplay people walk around. Education workshops, such as the

robot building one. Lots of cool things to see in the exhibit hall.”
