For the past 4 years the exhibition has been actively developing the Medical Tourism sector where international companies are participating. This year 25 clinics and recreational centers from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Czech Republic, Germany, Iran, Latvia, and Turkey were presented at the exhibition. A significant part of the exposition was comprised by Turkish companies which participation was supported by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB).

Moreover, the WORKSHOP on Medical Tourism took place on 20th September. Exhibitors were able to establish new contacts and hold direct talks with local travel agencies without intermediaries during the pre-planned meetings. The participants of the workshop noted the usefulness of sharing experiences with foreign colleagues and informing the public about the potential of medical tourism in Azerbaijan.
