WHAT IS GOOD POSTURE?

The most important thing about a good posture is that it is dynamic. It should always be moving, at least a little bit. A static posture is pain and injury waiting to happen. In fact static positioning is a common torture method for self inflicted pain.

Good posture means your bones are properly aligned and your joints are supported ideally in your mid-range to allow your muscles and ligaments to work as nature intended.

Good posture is created when abdominal and back muscles are

working equally to support the natural spinal curves whatever the body position.

Good posture means your vital organs are in their right position and can function at peak efficiency.
