From the Post ChaPlain
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
Matthew 5:14-16
God made us in His image. As His image, we should be His arms, His eyes, His voice. As we see a Veteran fall, use His arms to lift him and His voice to comfort and reassure him.
Father God, we ask that you allow us to be your light of the world, to allow our fellow Veterans to see Your light through our acts of kindness and compassion. Amen
Semper Fi,
Gunner

We are not set up to receive and retire other service organizations flags that they have collected.

Support Our Troops“Holiday Baskets”
It’s Christmas time! Please find it in your hearts to donate to our active duty families.
I’m hoping with your donations that we can make a military family’s Christmas the best they ever had. We need non-perishable foods, cash donations and an unwrapped toy. We will seek out families that need assistance. There are so many military families that really need our support but unfortunately we can only sponsor three. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for supporting our active duty military.
Sincerely,
Karen
What’s needed:Non perishable foods: Canned fruits & vegetables, boxed potatoes & cereal, cookies AND

Happy 381st Birthday National GuardThe military organization we know today as the National Guard came into existence with a direct declaration on December 13, 1636. The North, South, and east regiments were established.
